Marine Boutique Apartments

Great room with a view of the ocean and only one minute to the beach. Good food less than five minutes away. Best time is in the spring or autumn, enjoying the beach and exploring the local area of Tweed Heads and surrounding areas. There’s a good ice cream shop just down the road.

Extremely comfy king bed, wonderful views from the apartments, and a spa to boot. What is not to love about Marine Boutique Apartments? Madi was extremely helpful with the booking and was always available for assistance. Exceptional service

Top location to relax

Stayed in number 6, location and cleanliness were great. Some windows have no glass only wooden slats which don’t close 100% so wasn’t great in this cold snap.

Loved the plunge pool and balcony view.

Great location for beach and food

Stayed for two nights in Dec before Christmas day...room was tired and grimy with fingerprints on the glass doors and mirrors, tea stains inside the white mugs, white plastic bin still dirty and smelly under the new bin liner and carpet felt sticky under foot. Noise from splash pool filter intrusive over night. Situated well...very close to beach, cafes and shops etc.
Price was reasonable.

We stayed one night only in Room 1 on 22nd September. Very confusing check in as at another apartment Reception. The room had an extremely strong smell of bleach/ammonia, unpleasant ! No shampoo, conditioner, tissues. On the positive side, great position over the road from the beach, lots of cafes and restaurants and a supermarket only 5 minutes walk.

Had to carry bags across the road up4 flights of stairs
No table or bench to have meals
No kitchen sink and bathroom basin was blocked.
Foxtel did not work.
Load music from restaurant downstairs awas disturbing.
Glass surfaces not cleaned well, furniture and appliances need replacing. This place was not good value for money spent.

Fantastic position. Awkward parking.
An apartment that needs better maintenance e.g. curtain runners, front shutters, tv remote, to name a few.
With these covered regularly it would be a comfortable few day stay for the $.

Old units very noisy garbage trucks and delivery people fot cafe at front but in middle of town close to beach and walking distance to eveeything else units need a really good clean toilet seats would not stay up for ladies parking is rubbish old under building and built for hyundi getz only

Room very old and ocean views didn't exist but room was clean

Poor wifi/internet connection. We were told it was our devices problem. But we have 8 devices among us (2 iPhones, 2 iPads, 1 Samsung, 1 Hwawei & 2 laptops) but none of our devices could connect to the internet/wifi, we couldn’t even pass the password stage/page.

1 star is pushing the boundaries of this property!!!!!
Firstly it falsed adversisted it had a kitchen and it didnt just a grotty microwave to match the dirty cutlery and plates and chipped stained cups
The place was filthy and had a rusty old pedastool fan that went straight outside with the dirty balcony and old dirty daybed. There was a vaccum cleaner in the cupboard that was full and filthy not sure if this place even has cleaners .
Outdoor table was old and weathered felt like the chairs were going to break.
Toilet was stained dirty shower was dirty hand basin was so bad and we were expected to wash dishes in there.
Spa was broken jets didnt work.
Were expected to walk about 800meters to Paradiso motel to get clean towels but they were only opened a limited time.
Werent told there was no management on site so we were expected to walk and find Paradiso and find our keys to get into our apartment and had no choice but to stay as we couldnt contact anyone.

False adveristment of a nice property highly not reccomended.
No atempt to fix anything just said they would move us to another property but as if that would of been any better these people are not fit to have properties to rent out.

This apartment Number 1 has been provided to us as a 4.5 star classification on the Website.
It was extremely disappointing to say the least!
There was no kitchen apart from a Microwave set in the bed sitter, and a few plates and cutlery in another bedroom cupboard. It was so small, with a broken ironing board, no iron and was very dark and dingy. Although the room was clean and tidy, we definitely would not recommend this property.
We were so pleased my wife and I had only contracted, sight unseen, to stay for two nights !

This was meant to be my 2 night stay for some r&r away from my 2 teen boys.
Unfortunately I felt anything but relaxed with stained dirty carpet, dust everywhere hair in the bathroom cupboard next to a razor , sand on the balcony, i left before the second night.
I contacted paradiso who manage the property and they very apologetic and refunded me one night. I’m very happy with how Lachlan and Lenora handled this . My advise would be to book directly through the hotel not through a website
