After getting the round around in tweed (it's a long story but let's just say I know for a fact they could have done the job and we were met with a tardy and unprofessional attitude) we were booked in for the next morning here. The staff were professional and effecient. Exactly what you would expect from the largest bank in our nation. I do dearly hope someone from comm bank does something about the tweed branches, they are both so sub optimal in an area that has a great amount of elderly people who need good staff more then anywhere else.

Pleasant staff,normally no wait time. Has a coin counting machine. It is a great bank.

Please commbank dont fund anymore fossil fuels investments. Coal is bad for the environmenment all the pollution and bad for peoples health respiratory diseases. Please save the future

Absolutely appalling service from Buisness banker Ben. It has taken us in access of 3 months for a simple loan. We had no follow up no support and have been treated like a number. Within 3 days have had another bank resolve and finalise all loans at a lower rate. Lesson learned when you get treated like a number don't wait around simply find someone to treat you like a person

deposit atm took my $1000 then shut down now i cannot pay my bills on monday,,slowest appauling bank in NSW and now i have to go back there on monday
