Physio Fit Studio

I went in thinking I had a gym injury and Frauke assessed my neck and my work conditions, uncovering it was posture issues. Through great quality education, exercises and treatment, it's been 3 months and the 5 months of pain I initially endured is all gone.
Could not recommend Frauke enough, she is a true professional and I'm very thankful I met her. Highly recommend!

Honestly best physio I've been to! They appreciate the importance of sport and mental health. Multiple times Ian has spends quality time working out how best to get me back to the things I love!!! Recommend them to anyone that listens haha.

I have been doing reformer Pilates at physio fit studio for the last 18 months and highly recommend the classes and teachers.
The staff are very friendly and professional. The classes are small so everyone gets individual attention.

Frauke is an exceptionally good physio. I presented to her in August this year with 3 issues, 1 of which was chronic that had caused me quite of bit of pain for at least 10 years. I’m happy to report that I am now pain free with all 3 issues. Her ability to get to the crux of the issue is second to none. Thank you Frauke!

I have had an amazing experience with Physio Fit Studio both as a regular Pilates class attendee and also as a physio patient.

Pilates- There’s a vast difference between gym Pilates and clinical Pilates. Each month there is a new program which keeps things interesting and also continues to stretch and strengthen. The teachers are all physios and take their time to ensure we are doing the exercises precisely. The class environment is welcoming and has a real sense of community.

Physio- I’ve had ongoing neck problems for 20 years. Frauke cares about getting to the bottom of things while also helping me immediately get relief. She’s very experienced, professional and compassionate.

I highly recommend this clinic for both injuries and to proactively build strength in a safe and effective way.

This physiotherapy business is very good. Thank you Frauke, Kayla and Mandy for your services in looking after my health and aches and pains :) I thoroughly enjoy attending the Physio Fit Pilates class. I have attended a mat class led on two occasions by Frauke and recently one class led by Kayla. Both women are very clear in their instructions and definitely don't let you get away with cheating or slacking off! Mandy provided a very high quality massage for me this week. Two days later I am still feeling the relaxation and muscle repair which is the best kind of massage experience for me. Thank you for running such a healthy, patient focused business! Georgina :)

I was recommended to try this physio out by some very good friends as they were regulars and they did not disappoint. I saw Ian and he was brilliant at treating me. He listens, he gives really good advice, exercises to help my condition and actually saw things that other physio's had not seen before. I was really impressed and would recommend him to anyone with any sort of issue with their body in which they need a physio.

The team at Physio Fit Studio are fantastic. They not only have fixed a few acute injuries but have been really effective in helping manage my longstanding aches and pains as well.
