Had a complicated issue that needed resolving quickly regarding medication. Tracey on reception went over and above to help me out, and after getting nowhere with numerous avenues she made me feel heard and assisted as best she could. Can’t thank her enough.

You could not get a better doctor. Dr Burgman is friendly, unjudgemental, a listener, kind and caring , up to date and not just a pill prescriber. A true professional with a beautiful nature- I totally recommend

After numerous good dealings with this practice I made the terrible decision to make an appointment for my wife with Dr Zoe, now my wife doesn’t have huge amount of medical issues but has been through enough trauma that she is rather shy and softly spoken. Instead of Dr Zoe identifying this she instead chose to be rude, abrupt and at no time displayed what would even be displayed as a ok bedside manner. Really surprised given we looked a lot into finding the right dr for my wife and with Dr Zoe’s about me blog sounding like she was patient focused and caring she instead chose to conduct herself in what only could be classed as rude and a couldn’t care less attitude. Pity the GP registrars at this clinic conduct themselves in a far better way of patient care
