Great service considering how busy it gets in there. The nurses do really well especially under the pressure of having 20 people in at a time. They're courteous, funny and unflappable.
The waiting area could have some improvements
1. The number system: there should be instructions if the desk is unattended
2. The music playlist is great, could do with nicer decor and magazines, especially for when there's longer wait times

Great! We arrived at 4pm, the waiting room was empty, so the friendly staff member saw us immediately, and we were finished 5 minutes later.

Wendy was very informative and caring. Minimal wait time. All over the staff were friendly at the Albury branch.

Just got seen by the lovely Raquel who was so gentle with taking my blood (needed multiple jabs over the course of two hours) - 5 star rating just because of her.

The place is very busy, but the staff is very nice, humble and patient. Really appreciate their hard work and good behaviour.

Excellent experience for gestational diabetes test. Bloods were taken with care and staff overall very friendly and helpful.

A long wait at times especially Saturdays. Lovely patient and kind staff.

Left early from work to get there at 4:30pm because I have no other time in the week. Got turned away. Maybe I’m being a Karen, but it’s very frustrating when I have to try and find time from my full time job, only to be turned away before closing time.

Incompetent, took too long to get results back, poor communication.

Pathetic experience visiting here with my wife. Arrived at 0730, waited 90 minutes, they failed to draw her blood, then gave up and said to go and try somewhere else. Seriously hopeless.

Rushed to drop samples after work at Lavington-shut, not a public holiday in nsw . Went to Albury , would not accept my request as closed early. Poor customer service
