Great rooms, Noel the manager is absolutely lovely. Location is great, right next to coles and a few cafes. Comfortable beds and a small handy kitchenette too!

Very clean rooms and the staff are excellent and friendly. Always ready to help you.

We stayed here recently for a work trip, and would highly recommend it. The staff were exceptionally helpful, and we appreciated the little extra touches in the rooms such as personal welcome notes and chocolate. The rooms were clean and spacious, and the hotel is very conveniently located.
Highly recommended for business stays - we'll be back next time we're in Albury.

I can't recommend Quest on Townsend enough.. The staff were amazing, friendly and always willing to help.
I stayed there for 5 weeks.
I travel a lot for work and stayed in a lot of motels. The apartment was the best I've stayed in. Extremely clean and furnished nicely.
The apartment had everything I needed and more.. Full Kitchen, full size fridge, microwave and all utensils..it even had a bath.. And a deck.
The location was also fantastic.. 5 minute walk to shopping centre.
I will definitely stay there again 😊

I would recommend this property to anyone, whether they had a pet or not. The whole experience was great. For a pet friendly hotel the rooms were exceptional. They were well kept and the facilities were nice. A very rare find anywhere in Australia and particularly at this price point. I loved that there was no additional pet fee unless there was damage. Also lots of great food nearby.

This hotel got us a great deal at 5pm on a public holiday night - dropping $50 off the overnight rate for a two bedroom apartment. The room and hotel generally were very very clean. There is a small gym, laundry, and is connected to a restaurant downstairs called Din Dins which is a high quality Asian fusion eating place. It has great art throughout the building. The parking is close and secure and at zero cost. It is one block off the main street so close walking distance to restaurants and shops - right in the centre of town. The prices are generally reasonable for the quality of rooms. WiFi was free and good connection and speed. Need to stay in Albury - then stay here!!!!

Great all round. Excellent position in town center after a long days driving. Contemporary foyer, check in fast, car parking included. My studio room was spacious and had everything including a kitchenette. Most importantly it was very clean. No view but no big deal, the room more than made up for it. The room presentation was excellent.
Would definitely stay here again.

Great hotel (lived in one bedroom apartment for 2 weeks) at great location (right next to shopping centre with Coles etc). Kitchen was perfect with all the essentials, bathroom has shower + bath tub, bedroom was really big with living area + dining big enough for little one to run around. Only critique - more frequent house keeping

After our family had numerous complications due to COVID and other issues, they we always warm, professional, friendly, accomodating and generally great all round. Highly recommend this hotel and if we come back to Albury, we will definitely stay there again. Clean, spacious and comfortable rooms, walking distance to the main street with cafes etc, botanical gardens, supermarket, even the pool near by. We loved the Turbo Brown paintings on the walls too :)

Great place situated in the heart of Albury with easy walking distance to everywhere.
Also very hospitable and welcoming staff. The room was very accessible for a wheelchair user, lifts to get upstairs and everything was flat.

Quest Albury on Townsend is in a great location. I was in Albury to do an install at MAMA, which is situated 650m away. I was in town for 6 nights so it was important for me to have quiet, comfortable room were I could relax at the end of the day. I was travelling with my little dog so had an Executive Suite, which I really appreciated. It had a balcony, separate lounge area were I could relax, the kitchenette had a full size fridge and alI the things I needed to prepare meals. I also had a washing machine and dryer in my suite which I used. The internet was reliable, which was good. My suite didn’t have a view but that wasn’t an issue. For me as quietness was my priority. One last thing, I found the check in staff to be very friendly and helpful.

I highly recommend Quest Albury on Townsend to anyone travelling to Albury. When I am next in Albury for an extended trip I will be checking in again.

This accommodation was a wonderful surprise. Tastefully fitted out, roomy and very comfortable with the best hot shower and wated pressure I have ever experienced away from home. Very conveniently located with easy walking to a great array of eateries.

The one bedroom self contained apartment was perfect for us. We could put the baby to sleep in the bedroom while we stayed up to cook and eat etc. We could cook our own meals, which worked well for our current diet. There is a small onsite gym, and undercover parking. Staff were helpful, and friendly. Room was clean and tidy, well appointed.

Excellent service. Reception very accomodating and helpful. Room very clean and well appointed. Handy to several restaurants and clubs.
We'd happily stay here again and have no hesitation recommending it to others.

Great accomodation. Excellent staff. Quality of rooms is 5 star. Perfect for a family. Excellent central location. Great coffee and lunch at "quench n feed" Just a few minute walk. Highly recommend and would stay again.

The premier hotel in Albury is located in the historic Wool Store building. The roomy suites range to three bedrooms with several decorated with original Aboriginal artworks. It differs from other art hotels in that it features multiple artists with their original works.

Quest on Townsend is a member of the North East Aboriginal Art Trail, sponsored by Aboriginal Exhibitions Gallery. Superb artworks hang in the foyer and the dedicated gallery area on the first level. More pieces decorate the liftwells, hallways and suites.

Very good facilities with a nice gym too.
