My carpenter told me to go through NHS after a bungled order for a smart robe doors and track ended poorly with a competitor. Allan at Lambton had the answers and was able to get my built in doors and track sorted with minimal fuss. Very grateful for someone who knew what they were doing and knew his stock.

Very rarely do I ever come across good customer service in Hardware Stores but after calling into NHS Lambton I was very impressed with the service. Amanda is exceptional in customer service and has great product knowledge. She went above and beyond to assist me Friday morning and even followed through with a phone call to confirm that delivery would be made the next morning. Great pricing and great customer service.

First time ordering and it was ridiculously easy. Thanks to Nesha who organised everything. Added stuff to my order a few days before it was due for delivery without any problems.

Delivery was fast, on-time and they dropped the timber exactly where I needed it.

This weekend we returned some bits that we didn't use, refunded promptly.

Nothing to fault here. Also got some good advice on decking when we popped in to do the returns.

After being treated like garbage by two Sydney based building supply companies, I thought I would give NHS at Maitland a go. I was served by Josh who is quite literally the customer service master. At the end of the day I wanted very little in terms of product and at most would have spent under $100. Josh treated me like I was spending $500,000. Nothing was too hard. He was engaging, he listented to me and gave me relevant information. There should be more people like Josh in Customer Service as he is the dictionary definition.

I went into the Beresfield Location the other day as I am doing some renovations at my place, spoke to a very knowledgable guy at the counter named Nathan who steered me in the right direction for a better solution then I had in mind for my prooject, saved me some money and saved me a lot of time.
