The staff at Newline Carpets were exceptional - from the beginning of the process to the end, all staff were professional and courteous. The knowledge staff have of the product they are selling was second to none. I purchased carpet and hard floor and Steph outlined the maintenance for both flooring types in a way we could understand and realistically manage.
