These guys have been awesome. I ordered the wrong sized Otti shaving cabinets (3 of the 5 that I ordered). They were extremely helpful, and despite the fact that they had received the cabinets in their warehouse and were about to ship it out to me - they changed the order and even refunded the difference in pricing of the smaller cabinets. Awesome!!!!!

My wife and I redid our onsuite bathroom in Lindfield with new tiles, Timberland vanity, new showerhead. Phoenix tapware, Towel rails, soap holders, etc. Andy Chen and Leon were most helpful. Really impressed how they do business. The vanity top was regrettably the wrong colour and was replaced with no issues or arguments. Great people. Will certainly use again when we do the main bathroom. Pricing was also excellent and deliveries as promised. Can't fault them. Well done Guys.

Best service ever!!

Terrible experience - purchased a LED mirror with both front and back lighting as confirmed via email with the seller. Once installed, the mirror back lighting does exist or work. I contacted the seller who said he will contact his supplier. After a few days, the seller responded and said too bad the exchange period has now finished. Shop elsewhere, you can buy the same mirror with the same features for a few hundred dollars less. The only reason I bought this mirror was due to the back lighting and now that it does not have it, it’s a waste of money and will have to find another. See mirror and correspondence attached. Dodgy business dealing and practices. Buyer beware. The seller trades as fantastic_bathroom on eBay also.

Poor customer service. Had bathtub delivered interstate- took 6 weeks to arrive. Initial inspection looked ok. Wasn't until the protective plastic wrapping was removed by the installers that a fine crack in the shell was noticed. Almost inpossible to pickup unless correct angle and lighting used. Should not be expected to fully unbox, unwrap and inspect every aspect of a product within 48 hours. Ridiculous policy, poor customer service with no discount, refund or replacement. Product sat unmoved and untouched in our garage since delivery. Chances of it being damaged by us : <1%. Chances product was either damaged by factory/ supplier /transit /loading/unloading: >99%. Company couldn't care less, stating it was outside the timeframe to report the damage. Will NEVER recommend or use this company again. Extremely dissatisfied customer.

I purchased a bathroom vanity from their website. It was delivered as promised. But when it was unpacked by my plumber for installation, he found one of the doors was chipped. Rather than deal with the issue themselves as required by the Trade Practices Act, Ideal Bathroom Centre instead handed the matter over to their supplier.

After providing a copy of the Order as requested, the supplier then sent me a 'sorry can't help you' email stating that any claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery. This was news to me and certainly not listed in the terms and condition of sale. Again - another breach of the Trade Practices Act.

They then offered to sell me a replacement door for $180. Absolutely outrageous and conduct that breaches Australian consumer law.

The matter is now with the NSW Department of Fair Trading.

What you buy isn't always what is delivered, mostly late delivery and we got yelled at by owner because he was having a bad mood. Wouldn't recommend.
