Super friendly, professional, and helpful. Didn't know much about building PCs at all, so I went over to his shop and he spent over an hour answering my newbie questions and helping me out. He emailed me multiple options for PC builds that he had tailored to my personal needs and let me research each component and decide which parts were best for my budget and use. Built the PC super quickly and I had it set up long before I expected to. His labor cost was also super reasonable for the time and effort he put in. Definitely recommend.

The professional staff obviously know their stuff. They built a custom PC to fit my needs with an 8 day turn around and they were even kind enough to deliver my new PC to my door.

Great customer service, this guy is passionate about his craft and his energy is infectious, you really feel how much he loves his work and how excited he is to share his knowledge and be helpful.

I contacted Kym with a vague idea of what I needed for a workstation build and he greeted me with a friendly and enthusiastic attitude, asking questions to gather as much info as possible. We communicated back and forth about my needs for specs and budget, and Kym was always quick to provide alternatives where required. After the build was confirmed and paid for, it was ready for collection much faster than I expected. Kym then gave me a rundown of the case and system, plus some basic maintenance advice.

Kym did an excellent job on my rtx build at a great price! He most certainly is a master of his craft and shows great knowledge. Definitely worth checking him out and at least having a conversation with him on what you're looking for, he knows exactly what you need for the greatest value possible. very quick response to my very first email (same day response). He helped me fix my part list i wanted to buy (some parts weren't optimized for the system and he helped suggest better parts). Was ordered, built, tested and picked up (mid covid) in under 2 weeks from first email to playing games.... very happy with my new rig and how he handled my random questions was very good, he offered good advice and great information that i was then able to do my own research as well.

Bought an Arcade Machine a few months ago. Highly recommended. Beautifully built and the software runs perfectly. I’ve had no problems with any of the games. PLUS I’ve added plenty of newer games using Steam and hooked up 2 Xbox Controllers for some 4 player action. Other systems might be cheaper but they feel cheaper too. This is the gold standard for an arcade cabinet. The owner of the company is knowledgeable, professional and enthusiastic as hell. Can’t fault a thing.

Kym was extremely helpful throughout the process when I was buying a gaming pc from him.
