Hi NRSE team - have much pleasure in communicating my great satisfaction with the solar installation done on my property. Right from the quotation stage, to my dealings with the lovely lady at the Office, ongoing phone calls to confirm install details and finally to the physical installation, I could not have been happier with the service I received. We chose NRS&E to install our 6.6kw solar system. From our initial phone call to Cristina, the quote from Zac (which was very favourable) to the trade team who were all very polite and professional we received excellent service.
We would definately recommend NRS&E and we will be using them for all our electrical work in the future.

NRS&E was professional, prompt, and went above and beyond to help us get the most out of our electrical. They did a 12KW install in a day and then did a few extra outlets for us just in time for the holidays. Cannot say enough about the excellent service and courtesy of the team! This is my fourth solar instalation and I’m very familiar with the technology and my bullshit’o’meter works fine. Jordan was honest, informed and clear. He sells and recommends reliable and well known products. I never even took a quote search such was my confidence. I was not disappointed. The pricing when I took the quote offered by NRSE was as expected. No surprises no hidden costs. The fit off went well, the team performed as they ought and the job was completed in a little over a day. I fully recommend Jordan and his NRSE team. As a bonus they did all the electrical upgrade to my meter and all electrical wiring in the house and shed-all in in one company. They even assisted me in laying my 100m of water pipe!!! While making Enquiries with my electrician about Solar installation ,Jordan and his company Northern Rivers Solar and Electrical were highly recommended to me.
The process was very simple from navigating the website, through to requesting a quote, all that was required was to send a copy of latest power bill.
The returning quotation was very comprehensive, very affordable and contained detailed information on the quality products used and the instal process, I thought this was excellent.
The 6.6kw system chosen uses the latest technologies and via an app I am able to see, any time of day what it is producing.
The communication throughout, and the workmanship on the day were second to none.

Had a 10kw solar system installed by Jordan and his worker’s and they did a awesome job. All the work that they did was very neat and finished off well, there was a couple of problems with the hot water but Jordan came back and sorted it out straight away. I highly recommend this company
