Forever Fitnation

I've been training with Mia for a number of years now and cannot recommend the Forever Fitnation services highly enough!

I have always had 'dodgy knees' which have impacted my ability to squat and lunge, or even walk up stairs without pain - Mia has been able to create programs to build my strength in key muscles to now be able to do squats with weights and live pain free!

Whether or not it has been building strength post partum or maintaining and taking care of my body during pregnancy, Mia has been a brilliant personal trainer.

I have been training at Forever Fitnation for the past 6 years and still LOVE it! Mia is an amazing trainer- she is so knowledgeable and encouraging and every training session is different with lots of variety. All the #girlgang trainers here are amazing!

Highly recommend this gym! All the girls support each other, are kind to each other and lift each other up. Its the best!! :)

I love being part of the #girlgang at Forever Fitnation! I did not know if I was going to be able to join in at first because I had injuries and was so deconditioned, but the amazing trainers adjusted all of the exercises for me so I could work my way up and now I can do the exercises with everyone else. It is a pleasure to be welcomed when I arrive in the mornings and now going to the gym is my favourite time of day :-) I can't recommend it enough!

I absolutely love Mia and the #girlgang! Since being apart of her sessions, I have grown to love my body again and also be apart of a great group of girls. Mia is outstanding in the way she trains all of us and really put the time and effort within each one of us :) the workouts are amazing but you also feel that one on one training within the group classes!!!

I have been training with Mia for 2.5yrs now and she has been the best PT I have ever had (and I have been through a few). She is always there for me when I need help with diet or training and she has changed my body and mind for the better. I love going to see Mia every week, I have learnt a lot and I am continuing to learn. If your after results and in an environment that is caring and not judgemental at all you need to go and see Mia :)

I have never stuck with any gyms or fitness programs because I didn't feel comfortable or encouraged until I started with Mia. Pretty excited for the future and looking forward to reaching my goals!! I would recommend Mia to anyone!
