As a woman that’s been taken advantage of before at a mechanic, it is so refreshing to be able to completely trust the guys at mermaid motors. They are kind, understanding & efficient. Couldn’t recommend them more! 10/10!!!

Had some big dramas with another mechanic and my breaks were really bad. They looked after us and got them sorted and fixed super fast. Great service and super honest lads. Highly recommend for old and new cars. I have an old Land Rover and it was no hassle for the lads, other mechanics won’t work on them or touch them.

Mermaid Motors was recommended to me by my neighbours who had been getting their car serviced with Matt for 14 years. After having my car serviced there today, I also highly recommend Matt and his team. Mermaid Motors is a great mechanics to deal with for the service of my car. Have taken my Navara ute there a couple of times now for it's Services and will continue to do so into the future. I recently bought a van 2nd hand which the owner previously frequented mermaid motors, based on the knowledge and experience with my van prior I decided to go through them; upon my very first call to picking up my car I found Matt and his crew to have impeccable service, competitive pricing and I found that they genuinely had a passion for the job which was very well appreciated.

As I know nothing about cars I will be one of there regulars and I would recommend the same for others reading this.

I called into this workshop on my way home to Valla Beach down in NSW to ask for assistance to fix my car.
The staff were so helpful and without hesitation sorted my cars issue and got me back on the road.
Further to that they would not accept payment.
I was so impressed and if this is an example of how they treat their customers then l can even further understand why one sends her car up from Victoria!
