Yesterday, I went to Mather’s Robina to buy a pair of work shoes. I was served by the amazing Joyce who was so cheerful and helpful - I left with two pairs and couldn’t be happier! Thankyou Joyce for your amazing service and friendly smile :)

I received a pair of sandals for Xmas. After wearing them twice the leather was peeling. Olisha at Robina store went out of her way to help me. Resulting in me exchanging for a new pair. We will definitely be shopping there again due to the excellent service we received.

We had a lovely lady , Joyce, serve us today . She was so helpful and obviously enjoys her job. We left with a smile and two pairs of shoes. Thank you

A great store to get your kids ( quality) school shoes. We always buy our school shoes here. The staff are always efficient and helpful. If you join up to their fusion rewards club you can get money off your shop.

Spoke to a lady on the phone. Forgot her name. I was struggling to find a particular shoe. She went above n beyond and was very understanding . Stella service!!!

Customer service was excellent. Although I had a problem with an online order when I emailed it was answered quickly with a solution. I took the incorrect order (two different types of shoes in a box) to my local shop and they were able to give me the shoes I ordered straight away.

Careful and wonderful assistance from Kiara who did her best to first my friends feet. It took almost an hour but she persisted to get the right shoes and the correct fit. Thank you Mathers. It would be a 5 star review but the store was really warm as it was very busy.

They had a good range of shoes and a variety of shoe sizes in stock which was nice compared to other shoe stores at Robina that did not. Very friendly and helpful staff.

I’ve always had very good experiences with this store buying my children’s school shoes, so I’m sorry to be posting this review. We had dreadful service from the woman who served us today. The inner soles in the shoes we wanted to buy were two left feet and so we asked if there was a right foot innersole instead. The girl looked us so scornfully and said - No, that’s how they come. They’re always like that. So are you exchanging or returning or what?
I replied that we actually wanted to buy them and she sighed. Then I had temerity to ask if the ‘buy one pair, get one half price’ applied to a pair of shoes I was looking at and to this she replied- Of course not, they’re not school shoes. In our defence this was unclear as the buy one get one half price signs were everywhere. What was clear was that she was much less experienced than her co workers and her customer service skills are appalling. My daughter actually asked me what we’d done wrong as we walked away. She so clearly didn’t want to help or serve us in anyway and was really rude, so we won’t be going back in case we encounter her again.
