Activate You Project

Activate You Project is a great group fitness program! Aaron always makes you feel comfortable in training, no matter your fitness level. The workouts are always fun and change every session. Highly recommend to anyone looking to get fit and have fun on the GC.

Aaron has been with me from the start of my fitness journey some five years ago! Training is always fun with lots of variety and a little bit of crazy! I now have the confidence to come up with my own workouts, I couldn’t have done this without the knowledge I’ve gained with Aaron as my trainer. AYP was fantastic during the height of COVID, I absolutely recommend Aaron for any level of fitness!

I have trained with Aaron for one on one coaching and recently joined his Activate You Project during the height of covid. I highly recommend this group to anyone who is just starting out with their fitness journey or to those who are wanting to see results with their training. Aaron is extremely knowledgeable and has created a friendly, fun and supportive environment.

Aaron is reliable, knowledgeable and great fun. I have trained with him for almost 2 years now. First as a weekly PT, then fortnightly as he taught me how to use all the equipment and exercises. Now he does programming for me. He has changed up my training whenever got bored or needed a challenge and is very flexible with times and dates. I have achieved the best results I have ever gotten at the gym thanks to Aaron. I can usually distract him a good chat about current events if I need an extra rest too 😂

Activate You Project offers a great variety of exercises which keep you engaged and motivated. Aaron is fun, he challenges and motivates you to keep coming back for more! An added bonus is everyone is friendly and lovely in the groups.

Ive been training with Aaron now for probably 3.5 years. In this time I have gotten in to the best shape of my life (pre-covid), and at that stage being in my mid 30's, with the best cardio and body fat readings EVER. And, I've been someone who has trained all my life and even been a trainer. Really happy with the variety of both cardio and strength, and also training can be changed to suit your current fitness, ability & work around injuries etc. Cant recommend highly enough!
