For the last couple of months I've been training at Asha Burnley Health & Fitness and I honestly can't believe the progress I've made in such a short amount of time. I've gone from a very sedentary, "constantly at the computer" lifestyle to happily training regularly three times a week. And all because of Asha's fun and positive fitness environment. I love going into her cute boutique studio right in the heart of Broadbeach. Highly recommend!

Asha is such an incredible health and fitness trainer. I have been a client with her for 6 years now, and absolutely love it! She genuinely motivates and encourages me to take care of myself physically and emotionally.
I could not recommend her enough!!
