Being a budget conscious first-time restaurant owner, I shopped around to find not only a good price but a quality product, with customer service a priority. Mat has helped me so much from day one, helping me find the right products for my business and my budget, and assisting with suitable couriers and times.
Since opening my restaurant I have returned to NKE for other products. Mat always replies to my emails same day and returns calls/sends quotes within 24 hours. He’s even helped me coordinate a collection from the warehouse when I was in urgent need of a certain product.
I’ll continue to liaise with Mat re: any of my business needs as I know I won’t be let down.

I purchased an Ice machine and when I received it unfortunately it did not function as expected. I thought I was going to have difficulty in rectifying the problem but to my relief the team were very eager to help and after some very productive conversations, I was recommended the correct machine for my use, and the original Machine was fully refunded and offset towards the new machine.In the end I would highly recommend using this National Kitchen equipment

We bought an Omni Blnd V blender 8 years ago from this supplier after many failures from other suppliers ,we tried everything from Nutri Bullets to every other brand below $300 , all of them only lasted a few weeks at most . What these guys sold us is unstoppable plus if we need parts they have them in stock , we have been through a set of blades and 2 jugs , we use the blender 2 to 3 times daily , so it really gets a work out . I found them friendly and very helpful to deal with.
