Was so grateful to Patrick for his help in not just rescuing my elderly father from living with an overflowing toilet but he went above and beyond in rectifying the drain blockage and taking the extra time to help me and Dads landlord finally understand the cause - which we’d previously paid twice the amount for the same fix and had taken twice as long to rectify - yet they delivered less than half of the insight or suggestions for long term solutions that Patrick kindly and patiently explained and discussed with us. I would give him 10 stars out of 5 for today!

Great service as usual! Whole job completed within 24 hours of my request for a visit. Professional, courteous plumber explained everything up front and completed the account. After completing two tap issues, he then asked if we had any other items that neede attention or advice. Checked flexible hoses. Great job! Will always recommend your company!

From start to finish we got such good service from these guys. Rang up and the lady who answered the phone was more than helpful. Within 2 hours, Brad turned up to our place early after ringing beforehand. He located and assessed the problem. Within 24 hours, Dean came over and fixed an underground leak. I couldn’t believe we had our plumbing issues sorted within 24 hours at this time of year. Both Brad and Dean were excellent and knew their stuff. Fixed prices were more than reasonable also. Highly recommend this local business.

Best plumbing service on the coast, I have moved into a 16yr old house just on 2yrs ago, not ever having a regular plumber or any maintenance in a long time it's hard to make sure you can get good workmanship, service and not get ripped off. I called up and had the loveliest lady answered all my questions, within less than 24hrs a plumber was at my door to assess all the issues and get them sorted out. He was very polite efficient and knew how to fix my list of problems straight away, this is a great business an I would definitely recommend them, Also very very affordable.

Josh attended early and fixed all problems with my Bidet straight away. Only took 1 hour and told me all about pricing before started. Very nice guy who knows his work. We had a leaking water heater and I called Gold Coast Plumbing company to come and have a look. Josh and Patrick came out and advised it needed replacing, as I suspected, and quoted on the spot. They then were able to do the work then and there, getting a new heater delivered and installed by the end of the day, and taking away the old heater.

After the installation, we had some water hammer knocking that hadn't been there previously. Patrick came back to look at it and then Kyle came the follow day to see if he could do anything about it. After swapping out the valves, it appears to have resolved the issue almost completely so I am very happy with the response effort and end result from Kirsty, Josh, Patrick and Kyle.

Josh is a true professional and a pleasure to deal with. He was on time and thorough in his assessment of the issues we had around the home. He also took his time to explain why certain things were causing us our current plumbing issues. Would definitely recommend this company as their reviews are legit and from actual customers like myself. Most other companies just use their mates to leave 5 star reviews - tried 2 companies with excellent reviews but they were disappointing and unprofessional. Skip the charlatans and go with the real deal! Thanks Josh, will definitely be using this company for all our plumbing needs.

When I called other plumbers they just wanted to quote me for a new hot water system over the phone, but not Gold Coast Plumbing Company. They were so professional to deal with and wanted to send someone out first to see what was happening with our system. They sent Josh out, he is so knowledgeable, he knew exactly what was wrong with our hot water system and took the time to answer all my questions. He was able to fix our hot water system in less than an hour and after months of having lukewarm showers in winter, I finally have hot water. Thank you so much Josh!!!!
