Smile Centre - Raymond Boctor

Dr boctor has recently done me a set of veneers and I am absolutely over the moon with the results. I was put through to the practice through a fellow work colleague after seeing how amazing his teeth looked and decided to go ahead with veneers. I always get compliments and couldn't recommend highly enough.

Couldnt of asked for a better exsperience from start to finish Girls at reception are friendly and helpfull, Doctor Victor was great and my teeh are perfect thsnk you guys

I hadn’t been to the dentist in a few years and knew I needed some big TLC on my teeth & advice on how to keep better dental hygiene. The girls at Smile Centre were amazing. So understanding, patient & welcoming. They made my fear of going to the dentist vanish. I can’t wait to start my journey here! Thanks again guys :)

Got my braces done here. Couldn't be happier. Ray has a lovely manner and does everything possible to minimise discomfort and share knowledge. He is a God send in difficult times as braces are seldom a pleasant experience. He has done an incredible job and at a very reasonable price. Highly recommend him if you or your child need braces or dental care.

Got a filling done by Dr Missy Chang several months ago. Afterwards, I kept getting food stuck in between my teeth where the filling was done. I went to see another dentist and he took an X-ray. Turns out I had more decay on the tooth next to it and the filling she did had the biggest over hang and gap in the filling I’ve seen. I’m glad iv found a reputable dentist who is amazing at his job.

Got braces done and during a maintanrnce process Dr Boctor filed my canines down without my consent. The fact that this dentist decided that his predetermined ideal of teeth beauty was more important than asking for consent to file down a CONSIDERABLE amount of multiple teeth is frankly disturbing. It's made eating considerably harder since this has happened to me and I regret ever associating with this practice.

This is the worst Dental practice ever.
After having a filling in which I said please do what needs to be done due to an infection under my tooth which Raymond pointed out after an x ray first he still proceeded. The tooth needed a root canal which Raymond failed to do so. I went home that night started antibiotics and was feeling even worse the next day. I called the practice told them my concerns regarding swelling of my face and being in some pain, they told me not to worry wait until Monday before they would further evaluate me.
I didn’t make it to Monday that Friday night I ended up in hospital with a temperature of 42 degrees (life threatening) after I had surgery and had my tooth pulled and the infection drained once I was out of hospital I went back into the practice expressed my concerns again and told them what had happened to me the receptionist said “oh well that’s a little dramatic” I said excuse me I could have died being that the infection was so close to my heart and my brain with a very high temperature.

I was absolutely disgusted in their response to my concerns.

They refunded my money and that was that. I wish I had of taken them further with my doctors/hospital reports.

This company should be ashamed. Wouldn’t not recommend them at all.

The WORST dentist i’ve come across. Sleazy greasy idiot will leave you with problems for years to come.
In fact he needs to lose some teeth himself I think
