Wow - what can I say that will do justice....... I rang late yesterday (around 3pm) due to my Hot Water System breaking down. The office checked to see if someone could pop around that afternoon. Unfortunately not due to the late call - but that didn't surprise me.
However, they showed up 7am the next day. Ran me through what needed to be done. Explained to me the pricing and then we kicked off the works. All done by 1:30pm the same day. I needed an electrician as well, and they managed to steal one from another job site to help us out. Jem, Dan and Ryan - you guys are awesome, and I'm definitely recommending you to all my friends. Thanks for an awesome experience.

Doug visited our property to install a water filtration system. Very friendly, on time, explained everything in great detail, also took the time to advise us of other potential issues that we should address sooner rather than later.

The work performed looks clean and well positioned, and the price is reasonable.

I recently purchased my first home and found out after moving in that the hot water system was not working properly, I called Jetset Plumbing and they organised a tradesman to attend promptly. Joe attended and is truly the best tradesman I've ever dealt with. Just amazing service and a genuinely great guy. Had everything sorted including coordinating additional tradesmen as required and all within a matter of days. Clint and Rhys also attended to sort out electrics for the new hot water system, check all drainage pipes and install a water pressure regulator. They were professional and efficient. All the Jetset staff have been amazing to deal with and have accommodated all my requests with the minimum of fuss. I would highly recommend Jetset Plumbing and all the staff involved at anytime. Very impressive, well done team! 🙂

Electric hot water system replacement went smoothly from start to finish. Cost was cheaper than another quote I got and everything was done quickly and effeciently within the day. Joe was knowledgeable, prompt, friendly and explained in detail what the problems were and the best and alternate ways to solve them. He sourced the unusual part the next day and then He and Daniel installed the new part the next day. They were on time, very polite and professional. They worked quickly and then ensured that everything was working correctly and that both of us were happy with the results. We cannot recommend JETSET plumbing highly enough! Jetset came and fixed a major issue with very old plumbing 12 months ago. They not only fixed everything, they remediated the area they had to dig up. They came and checked the work was holding a short while after it was completed and added soil to the area they dug up where it had subsided.
We had a little scare thinking the issue had resurfaced almost to the day 12 months later, (it hadn't). I contacted Jetset to come and check on the problem and give me a new quote thinking the worst. Jetset reminded me that they do a complimentary check on their work 12 months on!
I was beyond impressed and relieved.
Brilliant group. Good work and good follow up. Highly recommend.

Jem from Jetset was great with his service and knowledge of our hot water heater system that was not giving us hot water anymore. He checked it and then explained the problem to me in detail and then gave me the options and he took into consideration the cost as it always comes down to the cost. After we decided on the option he quickly popped to the store to find the parts and did his magic, replaced the parts and he was clean and efficient with his working area. A fast and efficient job well done, thank you Jetset .

We have just had Joe from Jetset Plumbing come out this morning to look at our hot water system. We were given a window between 9 and 1 in which they would be here. Joe arrived before 9am, has installed a new hot water system and was finished by 10.30.
These guys were quick, professional and even bantered a little which is always a win in my books when it comes to trades.
I would happily recommend these guys to anyone.

Dan did a fantastic job installing new taps for the bathroom. I was particularly impressed with his thorough workmanship and attention to detail, and appreciated the advice he gave to avoid future mishaps, the guy deserves a raise! Jetset Plumbing is absolutely amazing! Gem, the plumber who came to our rescue, is a true gem himself. Running our own business, we value excellent customer service, and Jetset Plumbing exceeded all my expectations.

We were dealing with a stubborn blockage problem, but Gem swooped in and fixed it in no time. Not only did he solve the issue, but he also shared some valuable tips on using the right toilet paper to prevent future blockages. It's the little details like this that make all the difference!

What really impressed us was Gem's patience and willingness to address all our questions and concerns. He never made us feel inadequate or silly for asking, and he went above and beyond to ensure everything was taken care of.

Jetset Plumbing completed a sewerage drain clean & extensive repair job at our home in just under 8 hours from inspection to completion. The Guys (Rhys & Zane) were polite, courteous, displayed an exuberant work attitude and were extremely professional in their work. I have no hesitancy in recommending these guys to any of their future prospective clients.

Matt was extremely professional and gave a really clear explanation of what work needed to be done. All work was high quality and excellent customer service (we have used Jetset Plumbing over several years and they are always reliable and professional). They provide photos and reports for future reference and are reasonably priced. Highly recommended.

We recently called in Jetset Plumbing for a leak on our property. As it turned out it was a very small leak which was hard to find, but finally the young men tracked it down. It required more work than we envisaged. However the guys were very efficient and carried out the remedial work as quickly as they could. They were very polite, efficient and professional. We would have no hesitation in recommended this company to anyone with plumbing problems. And to top off their performance, the even brought us each a coffee for the 7.00 am start.

Owen came too a deliver a quote on a number of jobs during renovations. He was very approachable regarding my lack of knowledge and talked through options available. Booking and installation was seamless. Definitely get him in for any whether works.

Then when he was finished next door he had the time to do my jobs in the afternoon.
Andrew explained everything to me and provided so advice and completed the jobs quickly and efficiently with no mess.
