Amil was such a pleasure to deal with (not to mention intelligent and highly amusing!). It's certainly not your usual car rental experience with a staff member who has zero personality. He worked out which car would work well for my elderly father (plus my rather large luggage space needs), explained everything beautifully and made it easy for an airport drop-off post use. There are no hidden costs, Amil is incredibly reasonable and very approachable. It was definitely one of the more enjoyable car hire pick-ups I've had, and I drove away with a smile. Drop-off was equally as easy. Thank you, Amil - we will definitely hire from you again when back on the Gold Coast. By the way, you should write a book!

Quick and Easy experience! So relieved to have found a place close to central Gold Coast that hires cars to P Platers. Was so nice talking to Amil! So welcoming and friendly. Will definitely come back next time if I ever need to rent a car in the Gold Coast.

Hired a car from here because Europe Cars miss communicated and stuffed up our car hire, this company came to our rescue and not only provided us with a car but the service was outstanding. car was easy to drive, smooth and comfortable only had to fill the car once after driving to brisbane and back to Goldcoast and everywhere in between. definitely highly recommend there services to anyone who’s here for a holiday.

ONLY PLACE that rents to P-Platers and under 21’s. I was worried when seeking to hire a car for my week in GC as i’m on my green P’s. Everywhere else was declining me but Amil was there to save the day. He was so lovely to work with and the whole process was just so smooth.

Yes I know the business, as I am a regular customer,. and mentioned this to the Owner and the response was so refreshing considering what I had read.

With respect to Andrew Byrne, Enterprise Car Rentals also known as Redspot and a few others, neither have a car at $ 55 for a One-Day-Hire nor ever have had one. Even 20 to 30 year old cars cost $ 89 for a single day hire and which most companies will not do. So where he hired the $ 55 Rental Car will remain a mystery.

Next is this elusive "Learn Webtech" who does not even have the integrity to use a real; name instead writing rubbish to defame a business and if the owner ever finds him, a day in court will definitely be had by him but not for what Learn Tech says either.

I have been assured, and I know this company has never been taken to court in its 25 years in Business, "Learn Webtech" lies about his allegations from behind a pseudonym to make baseless claims and statements.

Learn Webtech has no court case against this company and nor does he or she have any bank involved. In fact, they have no deposit pending either. They are a local scammer couple whom the Business owner has a fair idea of and had they not been in difficulties, he would have refused them service when they hired the car on the 7th of December fpr a week and returned the car without enough fuel and hurriedly took off.

Yes! They were charged for the quarter tank of fuel and the balance refunded to them. I have seen the paperwork. Just to let them know, Belinda and her Partner should learn to speak the truth as they were politely told never to return for writing untruths. This establishment caters mainly to honest people and 95% of their business is repeat as they do not advertise.

Yes! I tried to refrain from stating that the company is aware of the charlatans.

With respect to the numerous names they have, they have bought out many of their competitors and retain their acquisitions just like Hertz is also Ace Car Rentals and Firefly or Avis is also Apex Car Rentals and some other.

Companies that pay good money and acquire their competition and if anyone assumes that is deceptive, they should visit a psychiatrist as I would recommend to those who make false claims. And companies that acquire their competitors are the successful ones too.

Anyway, thought I would clarify the charlatans who write what is not true and those that believe them should be smart enough to realise. It is sad to see these wastes of oxygen running around with falsities but that is the world today and I would request people read reviews carefully and see what the real intent is.

In the reviews, one above the other, Joe Martin says "Good price for the car" while Andrew Byrne says "too expensive." So whom would you believe?

With that I rest my case! I am sure there are plenty of wise people out there.

What a great company to deal with. Easy to find and get service. Ok it,s in a shopping centre but that,s where the cars are parked and detailed. Very clean cars and new or near new. Could not have had a better experience. Just tell them what you are wanting and they will deliver, fantastic.

Referring to the post from Emmy Mathews, we are not sure how she has come to the conclusion our cars are in an unconvenient location when 1. she has never hired a car from us. 2. The cars are located in the shopping centre car park at the Oasis Shopping Centre Broadbeach next to our office for easy pick up.3. Our regular customer like that the cars are under cover and they have free 24 hour access for the duration of there car hire. As for the advertising it is not false it does say conditions apply.

The car park is in a shopping centre which is easy access in and out and only takes a short time to enter or exit and its free 24 hour parking for the car hirer for the full time of the car hire. We get continuous feed back in regards to the great location from most of our customers.

I tied to locate the contract of the above person but couldn't it may be in another name but I have to say it would be unusual for us to have charged for 15 kilometers over I only yesterday let a hirer off on 20 kilometers over.Without being able to locate the contract I cannot comment further on the alleged charge for the 15 kilometers.

At this point in time the cars do not have Electronic Tag but customers are advise to pay any tolls or speeding fine or at least advise us what has happened, this is also stated in the contract for the car hire which is signed. For fines we receive we charge a $30.00 administration fee which involves getting a Stat Dec signed and forwarding on to the place the fine came from and from their it is sent to the offender. As a company the fines are a lot hire in $ then for an individual person which makes it impossible to pay the fine and pass the cost onto the offender, this is why we follow the process we do.
