Flight Centre Benowa Village

Excellent service, all the staff at Benowa Gardens Flight Centre is so kind and patient. I would never book tickets to Europe online again, Flight Center staff, both Emma and PK always find the best price and the shortest flights for complicated itineraries I challenge them with, there were also a couple of occasions when we had to reschedule or cancel due to unexpected circumstances, and it was great to have an understanding person to talk to who is on my side who will find the best possible outcome. Thank you.

We have been dealing with Benowa Flight Centre for almost 12 months and in particular Vickie Jewell. We are absolutely delighted with the way we have been looked after and treated by Vickie, nothing has been too hard for her to do. Our cruise has been approximately 12 months in the planning and we were able to put final touches to it today. Cannot recommend Benowa Flight Centre enough nor Vickie Jewell.

I've had 2 fantastic experiences with Flight Centre Benowa Village. From organising flights, lots of people can do it themselves, I can't! Vickie made it an enjoyable experience in a really nice environment.
The second time I needed assistance to renew my passport, I asked Vickie if she was able to help me, she was more than happy to give me her time and computer skills. It wouldn't have happened without her.
In this day and age, if you don't have computers, printers and skills to use them, you need someone to help. I'm glad it's Vickie and the team at Flight Centre. Thank you very much.

Emma helped me book an unaccompanied minor flight for my son and made things so straight forward and simple for me. Flight Centre have looked after me since before Covid, During Covid and after Covid. During that process communication was always exceptional.

My boyfriend and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Briana as a travel agent! She was sooo helpful and made our life as easy as possible.
We had one little thing go wrong on our USA trip and Bri was right there to helping as much as she could!

In Nov 19 we booked a trip to the USA for August 20 which never happened. What should have been a very stressful time was resolved quickly by Vickie. She assisted with all refunds/credits for the trip and made this process very easy for us. We ended up travelling to Cairns in Oct 20 and she assisted with the whole process and even gave suggestions of activities which turned out to be our favourite parts of the trip. Cannot reccomend enough! :)

Was greeted by PK on arrival, she took care of Air Fares, Car Hire, Tour bookings. All my questions were answered without hesitation and she showed great patience as I changed my mind a few times. Thanks for your help and keep that wonderful smile on!

My father passed away last December and had to rush to Europe while Covid made it really hard to travel overseas. PK Lochore has been wonderful. Not only has she been able to find a way for me to get there and return (where other agents told me I could not and would not even try), she has also been supporting me while away with important updates. PK really cares and she is not just doing her job. She goes beyond and connects with her clients. She is very professional and responsive. I highly recommend her!
