The staff were beyond amazing from start of my experience to delivery! I interacted with 3 staff members and they were all so friendly, genuinely engaging and helpful, and with gorgeous stock it was a joy to shop with Trend.
My couch arrived way earlier than expected (approx 4wks compared to estimated of 5-6wks) which was a wonderful surprise.
A very enjoyable experience all round.

Loot Smithfield is definitely not like your typical Loot store...It’s ‘ON TREND’ and caters for all styles. I have been a loyal customer of Carla’s for 12 years, her decor just gets better and better. It’s inexpensive yet great quality...I LOVE THIS STORE ❤

Very friendly and helpful staff. I came here with a client for some new cushions and they were very happy with the range.. The only downside is that they have so many beautiful things that wouldn't fit in my home if I bought everything I liked.

AMAZING. Trend indoor has the kindest staff who help everyone that walks in the door. The prices are great for the amazing value and quality you get for every product. 100% recommend going here when looking to buy furniture, decorations and many more items.

The moment you walked in to the shop you were surrounded with a magical aura, the great design and decor of the place was very creative and welcoming. They have very unusual and exentric items. Staff was very friendly and helpful suggesting some "out of box" ideas. Would recommend if you are looking for something special for your home!

Cushion heaven meets a coastal inspired furniture and homeware barrage. This place is exactly what I was looking for. Hiding in plain sight....

I only had time to grab some cushions and a clock as time flew. I'll have to go back to get the rest of what I need.... so much there to add comfort and appeal to every house.

Couldn't love this store more, I would give more than 5 stars if possible!! As a frequent visitor to this store the service is always above expectation and the quality of the products is ah-mazing. I think that those complaining about the pricing are probably used to shopping at kmart or overflow - you get what you pay for and I have never been disappointed. Keep up the awesome work ladies ❤
