I have taken to purposely dropping in for a brows, all the staff are so welcoming and very knowledgeable and not just about smokes.

Maya in particular is always smiling and happy to answer any questions she is very knowledgeable about all items in the shop, she gives possibly the best customer service in the entire shopping centre.

I have been there few times, and Naomi who works there was absolutely helpful and great customer service and communication, she just always try to help and guide you through if you don't know about some products,

Such a lovely vibe in this store, I love how I’m greeted when I walk in by the staff, Gemma, Naomi and the new man Daniel. They know my order and always have it ready with a beautiful smile. This is what we need staff who greet and treat customers like friends. Happily will continue to buy my items from here and highly recommend the service.
