Petbarn Burleigh

I’m so impressed with the service we received on Thursday. The female staff member was so helpful and patient. I have two small dogs and I was having trouble finding good harnesses for them. She fitted both dogs with good ones, showed me how to put them on the dogs easily. I always get good service at Petbarn.

I've never had bad experiences at any Petbarn but the staff at the Burleigh store are certainly the friendliest my family and I have visited! All the staff are exceptional and by far the most welcoming! Thank you so much to the team for your help. My family and I send our deepest gratitude!

Stopped by to pick up some treats and a seat belt for my dog. They have a massive selection of just about everything. Staff are very friendly and helpful. So much parking and easy to drive to. Great store!

Today our family had the privilege of being served by Joseph
We received exceptional knowledge of products you stock that are best suited to my furbabies and received first class service.. When you go to the vet and have a horrible experience then you meet someone like Joseph Thank you just doesn't seem enough

Big shout out to Joey who helped my son and I in the aquarium section. Wonderful customer service especially since it was the end of the day and the store closed in 30 mins. No question seemed too silly and he took the time to explain everything in detail. 5 stars all the way! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I popped in this afternoon before close to purchase some treats for my doggy’s birthday and the staff at the front counters were amazing. They were so friendly and helpful and I couldn’t recommend this store enough. Busters 8th birthday was very special and he loved his cake and toy! Thank you so much, I’ll definitely be stopping in again! 😁

I rushed straight over after work but pulled into the car park right on closing time. To my surprise, Katie unlocked the doors and let my dog and myself in. The guys happily swapped over some food that wasn't right and even played with my dog whilst I browsed for some replacement food and other items! Such great customer service from staff whom are obviously very passionate about helping other pet owners. Bravo Pet Barn!

The young man who worked over the weekend was awesome. Was super knowledgeable and helped us out a lot! Great service! He definitely deserves some recognition as it’s rare to find great customer service like his these days!

I visited Petbarn Burleigh today with my puppy, Minnie. What can I say…. Best customer service I have ever experienced! The staff assisted to find the correct product for our puppy. Minnie was a little squeaky & unsettled after leaving her siblings yesterday. I can highly recommend adaptil puppy collar, she settled almost immediately!
Minnie left with a puppy pack and lots of cuddles and pats from staff- as a result of this very positive experience- We will be returning customers!

Hi Just left Pet Barn at Burleigh, QLD. Wanted to comment that we were very impressed by the service. Rhiannon served us and she was awesome. Helped us find the product and helped us through the whole click and collect process. She was very welcoming and accommodating.

Great service once again..Went to buy a pet groomer and the saleslady served me with a big smile and was also very knowledgeable about the product I bought, which worked very perfectly ,when I used it on my dog when I got home..Will definitely continue to use Petbarn

Firstly, the product range in the fresh meat section was very good, I needed turkey for my little one. Secondly, the staff are very friendly and helpful.

Had the most amazing customer service experience here. Was served by the lovely staff member Tammie who was unbelievably helpful while I was buying supplies for my puppy. Can't thank her enough for her friendliness and knowledge.

There was a young sales team in store but they were really friendly.. Purchased an opened floor model fish tank and a young girl working there cleaned it up really well and gave us some tank rocks for free to help close the sale. Thank you!

I have recently got into fish keeping and have had the most amazing experience with Tammy (congratulation on your new arrival Bellamy) :) and also Kristin! The friendliness, professional advice and extra mile they have provided me is why I keep returning!

We were able to try several types of harnesses to fit a whippet, gentle and knowledgeable staff with great understanding of dogs behaviour

Personally I had an excellent experience here. Staff here are very knowledgeable and friendly. My rating is for the staff (don't know her name), who is not hestant to help customer. Great service. Keep it up. :)
