It was my first visit to Sanctuary14 and I loved it! The staff were very professional and knowledgeable and they did an absolutely amazing job of my hair. I walked in with a picture of what I wanted my hair to look like and they got it spot on. If you're looking for a competitively priced salon that does a phenomenal job look no further!

I got my hair chemically straightened at this salon yesterday. Adrian done an amazing job. My hair went from a huge frizzy curly mess to sleek and smooth. It looks fantastic and feels so much lighter. Would definitely recommend!

I've been getting my hair coloured, (half head foils and a cut), since Adrian took over about 2 years ago and I've always been super pleased with the results, and found it great value for money.
Rachel is my hairdresser, she's friendly and professional, and has always done a fab job. The colour has always turned out exactly how I like it. The rest of the staff are great too, and there's always a welcoming and relaxed atmosphere in the salon.
I've tried multiple hairdressers in Brisbane in the past and so pleased I came across Sanctuary 14 via a Groupon voucher, it's by far the best hairdressers I've been to.

I can not speak enough for this place. I bought a coupon from them and have had the best experience. So much so I have been passing cards out to everyone at work. While the front door is a little hidden at the side and easily missed, this is one experience you shouldn't miss. I love the time spent even with the coupon. They really understand hair and want you to have the best and healthiest hair, not just a quick cover up.

The studio is also absolutely gorgeous. Already booked in for 6 weeks time and I almost never do that with any hairdresser.

I tend avoid the hairdresser because I often find a stressed out atmosphere, this place is so chilled and friendly, everyone seems genuinely happy to be working there, the cut and colour I got were great too! I had a really good experience and will definitely be returning.

When I booked my appointment at Sanctuary 14, my thought was that it's time for a proper makeover. Della was above and beyond with professionalism, and I knew it was going to be an amazing transformation. She walked me through how she's going to achieve the result similar to references which I brought. Della added her own spin to it, which I absolutely loved (and was complemented both at home and by-passers). I truly feel like a new person and working on my new goals is way more motivating now! I am new to Hair Diorsa but I am proud to write that I am another happy customer. Ani gave me fine, natural blonde foils and I just love my hair again. In the past, my hairdressers have said that they can not give me blonde foils without a toner. As I am allergic to toner I have put up with hair colour that costs a fortune and yet I never really liked. I have also developed allergies to shampoo and conditioner so I thought my getting my hair done would soon be a thing of the past. Thank goodness I found Ani!!!! She is understanding to my allergies and medical conditions and really gave me some great advice on products to use. Her products have not given me any reaction which is quite amazing since I can't even wash my hair without a reaction at home anymore. Hair dressers who listen and can deliver and are understanding to my medical condition are rare. Ani is fantastic. I highly recommend her. PS I don't normally write reviews but I am so impressed with my hair, I felt that I should write this for anyone else looking for a new hairdresser but is too scared to take the leap.

Really great atmosphere, entrance is just next to the left side of the building. Ashleigh did an amazing job at the cut, very meticulous and make sure that I'm satisfied with her work. Overall great service and atmosphere

Fantastic atmosphere in there. Stylists were skilled and relaxed. Gentle massage chairs also helped with relaxation for the wash. I will be back again!
