Inland Oasis Motel & Restaurant

Price is really affordable. Nice room size. Very comfortable. Motel manager is very laid back and nice. Got into town 2am and he was available to assist me in checking in so late. Also needed to stay an extra night and I was able to send a text and pay at reception. Highly recommend staying here. Very nice, easy and stress free

I recently stayed briefly at the Inland Oasis for two nights, i was given a room upgrade at no extra cost.
My room was clean and comfortable. The staff were helpful and appeared to be happy with their work which gave me the impression that they were genuine people. The restaurant was great. Although the building looked aged the restaurant itself actually was quite comfortable, clean and having a cosy atmosphere with the cool air of the night left outside.

The room itself looked aged but for a 3 star motel it is what it is and for what you pay you get a reasonable value for money. It also appeared that part of the room had been renovated recently. I guess over time other improvements could be made even if just in stages.

The food was great. The only thing I thought that could have been improved was the menu inside the wardrobe in my room could be replaced with the new menu. As it is limited whereas the new menu has a lot more choices with reasonable prices. Thank you.

Had the pan fried dumplings, with honey chicken and special fried rice. Very tasty, especially the dumplings. Honey chicken was not too sweet, the chicken is tender and the batter crispy. Special fried rice was good, but nothing special like the rest of the meal.
Large portion sizes and fresh tasting.
If you wish to order the Peking duck, you have to order the day before.
Recommended- some of the best Chinese food in Mount Isa.

Comfortable & very large room & bed. Room 17 is highly recommended.

although it's dated, it's clean staff are very friendly & the foods good. I've stayed at the Inland Oasis 4 time's so far & have not been disappointed once.
If they are still open with the Virus stopping travel I'll stay there again about the end of the month when delivering a switch board from the Sunshine Coast.

The food here is amazing and service is always perfect. Food comes reasonably quick and is cooked well. Prices are fair and the restaurant is clean. We will eat here again.

Great Chinese restaurant, as good as you could get in any of the best establishments in the cities. Charming staff, a little slow but such lovely people and really good value!!

I had take away from the Chinese Resturant.. It was amazing... fresh cut veges in the fried rice... Honey chicken was Devine... tender white meat... Best I've had in a long time..

The takeaway is great and friendly staff - Oriental people are almost always will be very happy and simply super nice and liking you and me just to talk to - test their takeaway for yourselves

Service and location great. On site restaurant and great steaks. Chef/receptionist lady was great. On site laundry we found useful to.
