This place has become a frequent delight for me! The array of dishes never fails to impress, and each one is not only delicious but served promptly and generously. The variety available is wonderful, and the staff's warmth and friendliness add so much to the experience. I've even been pleasantly surprised with complimentary dishes and takeaway treats on several occasions. It's truly an incredible spot that holds a special place in the hearts of Torquay. Thank you for consistently exceeding expectations!

We had lunch at the Funky Ninja last week and really enjoyed the food. Amazing service from the staff, made sure all of us enjoyed the food and had a great time. Will definitely be back next time we visit Torquay.

The sushi was lovely, I tried teriyaki beef hand roll which I have never seen anywhere else, I've only ever found teriyaki chicken. Was happy with my lunch

Had our lunch here during great ocean road trip. The food taste good, service is good and reasonably priced. We had the bento- big servings, ramen was really good with local greens.

Picked up take away dinner. Easy ordering, food ready when expected. Big serves, ramen and char kwe delicious. Was given serves of sushi for free as well.

Fast and super friendly service for an easy takeaway dinner. The fish is fresh, portions generous and very reasonably priced. I also love that all their takeaway packaging is recyclable. This is one of the few Japanese restaurants that ticks all the boxes! Highly recommend.

Chicken satay noodle and karagee chicken are my go to 🤤 get in on some fresh sushi as well you won’t regret it

This is great place for lunch or dinner. The food was really fresh with a huge variety. Service with smile and plenty of customer service charm. I recommend Funky Ninja for a healthy and delicious meal in a good atmosphere. You can eat on or take away.

Delicious! They have a “Grab n Go” counter too with delicious hot fried fish bites & potato cakes! I highly recommend. Friendly staff who give you big portions!

One of our regular go-tos: delish food (our tip: chicken laksa, though the sushi rolls and bento boxes are all great too) at really quite reasonable prices. Today the service (lovely gent serving) was extra friendly, so thought it's well overdue we leave a review :) Thanks for the great food and see you again soon.

The food was great value for money. The Nasi goring was one of the best I have had so far. Staff are friendly and very fast service and the place is very clean highly recommended.

Their sushi and rolls are so fresh and delicious! I usually have take aways (almost every time I go to Torquay) to eat near the beach, but the food that I had when dining in was also good! :) One thing I wish they improve is the toilet back of the restaurant.

Always great food and great service, travel there from Werribee regularly.
