The Athlete's Foot Albury

We have been shopping here for years. Kids shoes and adult shoes and then teenagers. The staff are always very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. My most recent experience required for shoes to be ordered and delivered to the store for pick up. It took a little longer than anticipated but worth the wait. The store is always clean and well organised. My only criticism would be that it can get very very very busy at back to school time but I understand you cannot have staff employed for a very busy 7 days once a year. Highly recommend Athletes Foot.

Maddy helped me purchase the right pair of runners, after having had a big toe amputation. She made me feel so welcome, and eventually found the right shoes with my orthotics. I cannot praise and thank her enough.

Kayla from Athletes foot Albury was super friendly and went over and above to help my partner Jess with the return and refund of shoes that she had bought online that she wasn’t happy with and then the purchase of brand new shoes. Couldn’t be happier and can’t for the shoes to arrive! 👟

The girls who were working 21/2/24 have great service and very bright and happy. They stayed professional and patient while unfortunately another customer was giving them a hard time for things out of their control.

Claudia was so lovely while looking after my Mum and I here. The team was very clearly busy, but she took the time to listen to what we needed and gave some great suggestions to make sure Mum got the right shoes for her feet.

I brought my 4 year old girl into the store around a month ago. She is on the spectrum, she gets overwhelmed very easily and was not wanting to change her favourite (outgrown shoes). Upon entering the store I didn't need to say a word, the staff were patient, understanding and so helpful. Isla walked out within 5 minutes wearing new shoes and stared at her feet with happiness the whole way to the car. I can't express just how good this experience was, and how grateful I am.

I used buy and wear what ever runner was on special until I kept getting Plantar fasciitis because I have feet on me like a duck. I called into an Athlete's foot one day and they said I needed arch support shoes, so they fitted me out which cost me a small fortune but was pleasantly surprised. It was a little funny wearing arched support shoes but I eventually got used to them and the Plantar fasciitis went away. I then purchased arch supports for another two pair of shoes from here and the staff were very helpful especially on a Saturday morning, mind you they were run off their feet with customers too. I'll now only shop here for foot related products as staff were helpful and spent time with you.

I'm so happy with my new pair of Asics Gel Kayano 29. Went for a in them and they feel great ( arch support cushion). Thanks to Codie for helping me find the right one and giving the confidence to get the green one!!

Great service and very happy with the fit. They do cost more than some other shops but getting thr right product is worth the extra

The staff are amazing. I have 4 kids and they treat each one with total and utter respect.
One of my daughters is a very active runner, both track and cross country, and the staff always go above and beyond to make sure that she is correctly fitted out for the season, so that she can perform at her absolute best.
I could not speak more highly of this business.
