I bought a secondhand computer monitor from Mark. It was a good price, and it works perfectly. I didn't understand how to get the display settings right, and I called Mark - not only did he give great help over the 'phone, but he offered to have me bring my laptop and the monitor in, and he would do it for me. Amazing service.

I have had Mark help me out a few times now with computer issues, and cannot recommend him highly enough. Very kind and much integrity.

For those complaining about opening times. He provides a mobile on his website that you can call if he isnt there/to make a time to go in.

Mark delivers over and above what you’d get anywhere else.. I took my computer in and he very patiently troubleshot the issue ... very reasonable prices too... I’d buy here again as I trust Mark will resolve any issues that may come up..

I recently bought a laptop for my son at A1. The service was excellent and we got a great deal. My son discovered a couple of small issues when he got the laptop home but a quick visit and they were fixed without any hassles so I highly recommend A1
