Doctors On Clyde

Doctors on Clyde is not our family clinic but they made us feel very welcome and the Dr I ended up seeing was lovely. (Our daughter and Grandson go here.)
I couldn't get an appointment at our regular clinic. When I called Doctors on Clyde they said I could come and do a walk-in appointment, which I did.
I was lucky to get in quickly, within 10 minutes. The Dr I saw was great. The girls at the desk are lovely too.
It's so convenient having the chemist there too.

Amazing service all the time . Reception staff so knowledgeable of their job . I have seen multiple doctors at this clinic. Each dr has been amazing and respectful. Will always be my number one.

I can't thank Dr. Ali and his team enough for their exceptional care of my newborn. Dr. Ali's knowledge and warmth instantly put us at ease. The nurses' gentle touch during immunizations made the experience less stressful for both me and my baby. Additionally, the receptionist's efficiency and kindness were greatly appreciated. I highly recommend Dr. Ali's practice to any new parent seeking top-notch care for their little one.

Had a phone consultation with Dr Tarek for the first time and I'm very pleased with her care towards me. She had a very professional approach, she is very knowledgeable and spent time to get to know about my medical history. Will definitely visit her again.

Doctor was right on time, didn't have to wait at all. Doctor was thorough and listened to me and my needs. Took time and I didn't feel rushed to leave. Front desk staff were helpful with sourcing answers to my questions regarding other services offered at the clinic.

We have been going to Eden Rise optical as a family for 5+ years. Everyone is absolutely amazing to deal with. Cannot recommend highly enough!!!

We surely don't want to go to doctors but when we go surely we look for nice staff and good doctors who can help you get better..
Surely Doctors on clyde have everything you expect.

My regular doctor I see is
Dr Golam Sarwar! who is just a wonderful doctor, iv currently been seeing him on a regular basis lately due to my current workcover claim. And every visit to him is always nothing less then Extremely understanding, clarm, patient and easy to open up to.
And more importantly just an actual decent doctor who actually listens to his patients, which in a doctor these days seems to be hard to find !!!
Not to mention I always over hear the lovely front desk lady's always stay so clarm and polite, when from the sounds of having to deal with them unpolite patients over the phone!!! Great service girls you don't go un noticed with the fantastic patient respect and care you all do, 👏 to you all!! Plus

The reception staff were so polite, helpful and friendly.
The doctor my daughter saw was lovely and kind. He put my daughters and my mind at ease. We were not made to feel like we were just another number waiting to be seen.

I phoned the clinic and the lovely receptionist was able to fit me in for a Telehealth appointment with dr Josh, they were quick and efficient and super helpful! Thank you to the team

De Golam Sarwar was a caring, and knowledgeable doctor when he looked after my mother. It was a difficult time as she had just visited us overseas and it was a little bit stressful for her and the family. Dr Golam helped greatly with his friendly manner and good care to smooth this transition. I found his availability and prompt replies were so valuable to ease the journey. Certainly, the right doctor to deal with the specific needs of patients.
