Last night I bought one of your lemon meringue pies from IGA in Beaumaris, it was so delicious & fresh, soft pastry, beautiful lemon filling & loads of billowing meringue, I won't be making my own any more

Got a Red Velvet mud cake with cream cheese topping, from Leo's IGA in Heidelberg. YUMMO !!! Best mud cake ever.

Bought a mini raspberry cheesecake made by Ribbons and Bows sold by my local independent grocers and it was the most delicious cheesecake I've ever eaten. I'm definitely going to check out more of their cakes. Highly recommended.

I live in New Zealand and ordered a cake for the birthday of a dear friend of mine who lives in Melbourne.
The entire shopping experience, from placing the order to final delivery was absolutely fantastic. Excellent customer services when I had to ask some questions, good variety of products to choose from, the cake was delivered within the time promised but the most important, my friend loved it saying it was delicious.
Thank you very much for everything. I am very pleased and you guys made my friend's birthday a special one.

Delicious tiramisu cake and very good customer service.
There was a mix-up with the cake flavour so when I called them, the lady immediately offered to either refund or send the tiramisu cake the next day (she even said she could try and send it the same day if required!). I told her next day was fine and I got my tiramisu cake at 9am next morning. Not once she tried to justify (she only explained what had happened) and straightaway she offered an acceptable solution. Very happy with the service I received.

I would not recommend buying from here. I ordered the lemon tart for someone's birthday and it was not at all what was advertised. It was described as "A large, crisp golden shortbread tart filled with tangy lemon curd finished with a caramelised top and a dusted icing sugar border." There was no icing sugar border, and the top was not caramelised at all, it was just covered in a thick layer of gelatinous goop. It did not look at all like the picture, which was obviously photoshopped or stolen from someone else. I also later discovered that the silver cardboard circle that the tart was placed on had been covered in some sort of thick caramel toffee sauce to hold the tart in place. This meant that the whole base of the tart was covered in a sticky caramel sauce which ruined the already bland flavour of the tart. Definitely one of the worst lemon tarts I've had, and was totally not worth what was paid. Do not buy from here.

DON'T ORDER THE LEMON TART. Guaranteed no lemons were harmed in the production of this splodge!

There is an old man bald warehouse staff is very rude and discriminating against Asians, this star left the counter staff smile.
