Had really great service and advice when picking out tapware for my new bathroom. It all looks so much better than what I had in mind thanks to the suggestions made by Lili. Stock came in pretty quickly, only the shower head had a slight delay. Thanks!

We were sent by our builder to Reece to decide on fixtures for our bathroom renovation. As renovation nuffies, we were a little intimidated by the whole process. The team at Reece Osborne Park sensed this and helped us make informed choices about our fixtures. Leah was particularly helpful - like one of those IT guys who whizzes from screen to screen, because they absolutely know what they're doing. Finally, when a problem occurred with the final selection because of an error on our part, Reece went way above and beyond to make it right - when they didn't have to... Very happy to recommend.

Leah is an absolute amazing person to help you with everything, literally everything you could possible think of for a build. This is my first time building and I was completely overwhelmed by the choice! Having 2 kitchens, 3 bathrooms, 2 WC and laundry to make selections for - Leah walked me through every single room, making clever suggestions on how to save money and still end up with a fantastic space. She was polite, friendly, helpful and fun - she has a amazing amount of knowledge about the products on offer as well as a practical approach. Best experience I’ve had in the process so far! Great place to buy your bathroom gear. Cassie is particularly helpful. We have had a problem with the loo seat fittings after four years and she still has offered to get the seat replaced and fitted for us. Nothing was too much trouble. Five Stars!

I only buy my bathroom items from Reece as they are a dale Alcock home supplier. Only stock the best items for bathroom and kitchen.

Reece are an excellent company to make your new bathroom purchases from as they have a great range & excellent service.

I have dealt with Reece Oborrne Park before & love their products. However the service as been a parody of errors, mistakes, list emails, phones unanswered etc. I finally gave up & swapped to Reece Claremont, not that they are proving any better. If you want to deal with them I suggest you start the process early to make sure it arrives when you need it!

Refund policy is blatant profiteering - to take 20% off something that hasn't even been opened is a joke. I will be renovating a bathroom, kitchen and laundry but I won't go near Reece again with a policy like that.

I have had a very poor customer experience with this shop.
After 3 weeks, I still don’t have the shower rail I ordered which had to be delivered from the supplier in Welshpool to the shop. They said it could take up to 2 weeks…from Welshpool!!
The shop did not ring me so after 2 weeks I rang them to chase it up, and they had given it to someone else. I asked how that could happen as I have the receipt/invoice, and they said they don’t ask for receipts on pick up !!
So they ordered me a new one, and I asked it to be expedited to meet an open day in 1 week, this was a Thursday before a long weekend, and guess what…the order has just gone through today…because of the long weekend. So now I’m nearly three weeks and the rail wont be available for the open house, and it will be in the store in 2-3 days.
If I had made this mistake in shop, I would do everything I could to get the rail couriered to the customer not settle for the pedestrian effort!

Just a warning to all customers shopping at Reece. From June this year they have a new "restocking" policy that means they will only refund 80% of returned items. Be 100% certain you are getting what you want as they will not give you your money back whether package is opened or not. Ask before you buy and they will confirm this.

Have visited the store 3 times in the past 3 months.
Each time no one has even acknowledged myself or my partner.
It would make it a lot easier to face if they weren't just standing around laughing and on their phones each times.
All times I was in the store for more than 15 minutes.
I am in the customer service and sales industry and I'd be embarrassed to manage this store with such a lack of customer service.
