I use to go to other shop before because of the price.However customer service and atmosphere make me keep coming back this shop again.Great and kind customer service with quality.

Also special thanks fro Ricky S for Amazing service.He check many time to make sure the grove I need for brake light is same.He even help to change the glove for me.

Rather than "Cheap,Quick"Service,Your quality and kind service is more needed for a lots of people out there!

Went for new wipers today turned out to be unexpectedly delightful! Shout-out to son of a gun Neo!- who not only provided top-notch service but also changed the wipers for me, despite knowing I could handle it. Also managed to get my life story in 5 mins, so customer skills are definitely on point haha! The warm welcome and friendly vibe made me actually look forward to my next visit. Made my day. This store has it all everything you may need or want for your car and at very reasonable prices too considering the cost of living these days, if you are on a tight budget then this is the must go to place in all of Midland for your auto needs !
I went there today chasing a very hard to get part for my car and the staff were extremely helpful chasing it down. Even better was the fact the part i was chasing was a lot cheaper than the local auto wreckers just up the road from them. The part i was chasing was so reasonably priced i was able to buy 2 brand new parts for less than the price the wreckers wanted for a second hand part !.
So to the manager and staff at AUTO ONE MIDLAND you have definitely sold me and i will be doing a lot more purchasing from you if this is the way you treat every customer that walks in your door looking for good quality auto parts at the best price then look no further people THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO !. 😃 🫡 😃

I had a roadside service place tell me some falacies about my flat battery. Auto One Midland showed me what was actually wrong with my battery and had a better deal on a new battery. The gentleman I had the pleasure of serving me was super helpful and honest. He changed my battery free of charge. All the staff were very personable and real. Highly recommend.

Came in with my son to gets some car wash and wheel cleaner. Was served by Jeff and he pointed me straight to what products to use. I was actually so bloody surprised by the outcome after washing my car. Onya, Jeff!

Visited this store today to get assistance in getting parts for a battery charger.

Was greeted by lad named Jeff who made this whole transaction as smooth as silk. Customer service was on point and he was only too happy to help with any queries I had

After explaining what I was looking at doing he gave me some great information on what to use and 10 minutes later I was out the door, happy as Larry.
He also signed me up as a member to get a store discount and in these times every cent counts

The store was super clean and tidy with a great layout and tons of things to purchase for the people who DIY.

Definitely found the auto shop that I’ll be returning to so if your anywhere near Midland and you need anything car related I recommend you drop in and see Jeff.
