I have never been disappointed with Supplement Mart's staff and products. They are friendly, helpful and they actually know their stuff! They don't use pushy sales tactics or sell you stuff you don't need and they don't necessarily employ big body builder types with no idea what they're selling, but instead people who understand nutrition and supplementation down to it's core and how to use it to support your goals.

I went into supplement mart midland to exchange a product that was not of standards and tasted horrible and I expressed how upset I was and that I wouldn’t be able to use this product and only tried the tiniest bit
but I would be happy to get something else within the store I didn’t expect a full refund.

I was very unhappy with the service I received as she didn’t sympathize or feel the need to even try resolve the issue when I had been told that I could do it if I went back in.

I myself work in customer service and will not buy from other places if I do not receive genuine service or care I felt like this would have been an easy fix but seemed like such a hassle.

I wish I could give Big Zero star for the service, we went to buy Protein powder just before 5 minutes and the service provider boy standing there was super rude, no sense of customer dealing . Company should take any action against
