I purchased a Sony 77” A80K TV from Adrian and Con at West Coast HiFi O’Connor March 2023. All my technical questions promptly answered, delivered and installed the TV on time, best price, and patiently explained all latest online facilities. Highly recommend for a non pressure purchase. In June I decided to add the Sony 360 degree sound system to the TV. Once again service was excellent. I had a special requirement of mirroring Met Opera from my iPhone to the TV and Jordan found the solution to a technical hitch with it. Great service.

I walked in last Thursday hoping to try on a pair of B&W headphones in store. Even though they didn't have one for me to try on, Mark took the time to attend to me, patiently explained and recommended a pair which I ended up buying. I wasn't forced to purchase it and was even told I can return it if I didn't like it. And here I am on the plane otw back to Sydney a week later, writing this review with my Px7 S2 on for the past 3 hours. Highly recommended!

Recently updated our home theatre system. After visiting numerous stores we dropped into West coast O'Connor. Gretting was fast and friendly. So got started on what I was after. Once I decided on the package delivery and installation was sorted for that week. The installation was professional, but we did have some hiccups, after a text to the installer he said will be over at 11am, public holiday no less. All fixed. Overall very satisfied and recommend them. Mark was our salesman and Graham was the installation guy.

Con and his team are the very best in their line of business.

Recently purchased a projector package from the amazing team at O'connor. They went above and beyond in helping us newbies find the perfect projector for our room! they made the process so easy and even chucked in some upgrades for a very small price. If you are looking to deck out your Cinema room i would stop by O'Connor before you head anywhere else

I used West Coast Hi-Fi to install a sound system for my clinic in West Perth. They delivered a superb system for me, installation was quick and professional. My building is quite old and they worked around several building issues to deliver what I needed. I also have purchased a Panasonic TV and Sonos sound bar from them which was installed /set-up just as well. Couldn't recommend them enough.

Fantastic advice from Oky with a new receiver was so impressed we went back and purchased a projector and screen. Couldn't be happier with our now complete home theatre.
