I have recently purchased mosaic tiles from Amber for my indoor/outdoor fish pond.
Aaron and ALL of his colleagues were very helpful. They took the project as if it was their own. They gave me advice when I needed it. If they did not know the answer, they went on phone to find the answer.

The showroom provides a good selection of tiles in various price ranges. The support staff was friendly and provided support when required and tips and tricks how to lay tiles and what to watch out for.

Amazing Service! We dealt with Eddy who helped us navigate Pool Paving and Sealers. We purchased 50m of Granite Pavers which look brilliant. Eddy had to change our order 4 times even up to the day before delivery and got it all sorted no fuss. We also bought stack stone from him which is great. Top quality products, brilliant service, we purchased on a 20% sale price and could not get a better price anywhere else. Definitely use these guys!

We shopped extensively for kitchen splash back tiles and were impressed with the range on offer at Amber Tiles at Hornsby. Eddy was very helpful and very patient showing us many different options. I've walked into dozens of tile shops over the last few months for the renovation of 3 bathrooms, 1 kitchen, 1 laundry plus an outdoor patio but never had to go into another shop after discovering Prue at Amber in Waitara. She has been so helpful in narrowing choices down in the overwhelming decision making, offering great advice on styles and suitability of particular tiles. The quality and range of tile patterns in each box has been much better than other cheaper tiles we have purchased - but they are still reasonably priced. I would never go anywhere else now.

Used Hornsby to renovate 2 bathrooms at our home in Hornsby Heights to prepare the house for sale and found the range to be excellent with very competitive pricing. More importantly the advice we received was spot on. Very happy with the results. Would highly recommend them to any friends in the area.

Always listened carefully to my needs and take time to understand and make meaningful suggestions. Prompt with quoting and supply. I never feel I am being rushed to make a decisions and providing samples works well. Also willing to help with finding information for problem solving even when there is no immediate sale in it for them. Amber have always delivered for us.

Had the best service there this morning we only needed a couple of pavers and the lady went above and beyond to try to get the best colour match and pavers possible for us, after having no luck all around Sydney was so relieved to have good service so thanks Cassi with 3 kids in tow your service was very much appreciated.
