Tina knows her products extremely well, gives exceptionally good advice, goes out of her way to be helpful and is never fazed by the amount of time she spends with you. An excellent range of tiles and Tina's advice on colour and style is invaluable. Delivery of goods by Max is fast, efficient and "on time". Outstanding service all round.

Highly recommended for all your bathroom needs including floor and wall tiles, accessories and PC items. Tina is very experienced, knowledgeable and super friendly. Can always find a parking spot and it’s conveniently located in Waitara near Hornsby.

Extremely professional and very knowledgeable family business who really know their products and at all times put the time in to listen, accomodate and deliver exactly what we wanted. We decided to shop local to support small local business and was best decision ever. No question or request was any trouble, Tina and Max certainly went the extra mile to ensure we were able to get exactly what we wanted. Carrying out a major renovation, including completely replacing 4 bathrooms, in the aftermath of Covid lockdowns was not the easiest project I've ever attempted! It wouldn't have happened withut the incredible service I was given by Tina & Max at BIGA + Waitara. Sure things went awry (remember the massive supply problems we had?) but with patience and adaptability we got there in the end. We had to make some changes to the original tile choices - but there was a good range to choose from and Tina was great at checking out availability before the orders went in. Random bathroom fittings were held up for various reasons, but again, Tina relentlessly chased them up, even checking with other outlets in case anyone had what we needed (mostly they didn't). Suppliers were regularly followed up so that they didn't forget we were waiting, and as soon as each item became available Tina was straight onto the phone or email to let me know. Changes in quantities that arose as we went were also met with good humour and a great understanding of the urgency of getting the extra items needed while the tradies were on site.

Prices were competitive, and I was also very much appreciative of Tina's advice in respect of colour, materials and price. I'm very happy with the end result, and I'd definitely go straight to BIGA + for any future tile and bathroom fitting needs

Brilliant service. Tina knows everything there is to know and is beyond helpful. Fourth time I've gone back there now - quality products and quality help - something you won't get at Bunnings.

Having purchased my wall tiles from a (very) near-by competitor, and floor tiles from here, I wish I had bought everything from BigA+! Not only do they have an excellent range of quality tiles at reasonable prices, but the service from both members of staff was superb. Big tick for being able to take home samples (with a meagre fully refundable deposit) to assess in situ. Tick for no hidden delivery fees to their shop (yep - at said competitor _I_ got charged for _them_ to get the tiles delivered to their shop for me to pick-up!). Tick for only needing to pay a deposit until you pick up the tiles. Tick for no storage fee if you need to leave the tiles there while your project is delayed (but you will have to pay the balance, which seemed fair to me). I couldn't recommend BigA+ highly enough.

From the moment I entered the door the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and I could tell that they had a lot of knowledge and experience. I liked that they had an extensive range of tiles and bathware that I could choose from and at pretty reasonable prices. 10/10 recommend - Thanks team!

Helpful staff and great range. Most tiles have to be ordered in - which is like many tile stores. Good helpful advice.

It looks small from the front, but there is actually 8 showrooms full of tiles and bathroom products!
I recommend going in to have a look!!

May not have a big shiny showroom like Amber, Beaumont, etc... but they probably have an even bigger selection, at good prices.
