Just bought a pair of shoes here today and the girl who served me (unsure of her name but very light blonde hair with purple in it) was super informative and really helped me make my decision on choosing the right shoe - she knew her stuff!

Staff are rude & unhelpful. Kids shoes are only stocked in the expensive brands. Then blamed on Covid. Couldn't even finish assisting me before going to other customers.
Williams was so much better. Friendly, helpful & knew how to fit & help my 5 yr old son.

Went to just to have a look, was interested in buying a shirt tried one on wasn't really happy about this security tag being under the sleeve which I mentioned it to an old lady name Erin she was just rude and very argumentative.

The old women at helensvale is very rude.
I have only been in twice and each time she was so rude i will never shop here again. My family will be boycotting this sportsco store from now on.
