Outstanding!! Haven’t been to the dentist for a while, I must say the whole experience was seamless and Dr Dassan an absolute legend and expert made me feel at ease. Procedure was quick and was out within the hour.

Close to home, friendly staff and easy to talk to. They’re also very understanding of your budget and will help you ensure you get what you need and to have that healthy teeth. The dentist in there are very helpful to ensure you are looked after

I highly recommend Dr Patrick Lee from Family One Dental. I was in the search for a new dentist for myself and my girls, as our last experience at a different practice wasn’t great. After I had a dental cleaning appointment with Dr Patrick, I knew he would be the perfect dentist for our girls as well. He is great with children, explains everything well and my 7 year old was not afraid for her first ever filling. My hubby was impressed as well as he had taken her to this particular visit. Most recently, there was a small chip on the bottom of my front tooth that had just appeared and he fixed it up perfectly. I was so impressed! Highly recommend him for children, adults, for his eye for detail, practicality and professionalism. Thanks for looking after us and we’ll be back.

Highly recommend this practice, I have been putting my teeth off for years as I have watched my mum go through alot of pain over the years with her teeth.

Finally decided to get it done and I am very happy with how my teeth have come up and the process.

Was very nervous at first but DR Patrick and dental assistant Mitayha are amazing. Very supportive throughout the whole experience made me feel very safe and comfortable and DR Patrick was very informative about the process which I believe was very helpful felt like I was in good hands by both of them.

I just got back from having a check up and clean, plus filling by Dr Patrick Lee, assisted by Mitayha. Dr Patrick is the best dentist I've been to. He is very gentle in his work and explains everything very clearly, making it easy for a non dentist to understand. He has a very good mannerism. It was my first time having Mitayha assist and she was very thorough and attentive, making sure I was okay the whole time. Thanks so much to both of you.

Not one word of a lie, family One Dental is life changing. My girl recommended this dental place to me to get my front 4 teeth filled in and I can not tell you the amazing job they have done for me. 23 years I have hid my smile from the ones I love because I had black holes on the front 4 teeth and Dr. Naidoo has done an amazing job fixing them. I can now smile with confidence and not be ashamed of what others may say. I 100% recommend this place if you need fillings done and I am still shocked and can not stop smiling. Thank you so much Dr. Naidoo and also thank you to the team for taking care of me you have definitely changed my life.

My family goes to family one dental, we both have seen Dr Patrick. He was so lovely and caring. All the girls are lovely as well, especially the practice manager Taylor up at the desk. She can answer all your questions and explains everything so clearly. I also love that they have so many different payment options like after pay, it just makes it so much easier when you are a little short for cash that week but need to get that filling done. Highly recommend Family one dental!

I really can't recommend this practice highly enough and I had been looking for a new dentist. The dentist I saw (Dassen) was fantastic, the staff very friendly and switched on and the practice has all the latest high quality equipment Plus I would say it's a happy practice and you can just tell they are trying so hard to look after you. Dassen is a very nice guy, and a very experienced and highly proficient dentist and did quite a long and difficult procedure flawlessly with very little discomfort keeping you in the loop as we went. The result was fantastic and I am so happy to find a new dentist.

I can honestly say the best dentist experience I've ever had. Dr Cristine Volpato is the best and friendly dentist I've ever had, her expertise and kindness is outstanding. Dr Lee, all the nurses & front desk team are super friendly, caring & go above & beyond to make sure all needs are met. Dr Lee explains everything in detail before going ahead with anything which puts your mind at ease immediately. Highly recommend & wouldn't go anywhere else :)

Earlier this year was my first time at FamilyOne Dental. I had a lot of work to do on my teeth, which had me nervous to say the least. The friendly, informative, and encouraging dentists, assistants and receptionists there have completely transformed how I look at a visit to the dentist.

Dr Dassen Naidoo was very informative when getting me started on my road to Invisalign and Dr Patrick Lee was very calming and helpful throughout my treatment of about 9 cavities. Alicia has been a great assistant to these two, making my visits much less stressful.

Unlike any other dentist I've been to the dentists at FamilyOne are completely transparent with you about the state of your teeth, but they make sure not to scare you in the process. On my first visit I was given a comprehensive tour via camera and scans throughout my mouth to demonstrate my many cavities and other issues. There were glaring issues, but they made to sure to layout a clear treatment plan with an encouraging outlook that kept me optimistic.

I've only been about four times now and I don't make an effort to make myself known, nonetheless all the staff know me my treatment history well which makes you feel at ease - here you're not just a patient on a sheet of paper.

FamilyOne Dental's trading hours are accommodating for those who work throughout the week and the receptionists are incredibly helpful at working your treatment into times good for you (even in COVID-19 times). Their website makes online booking easy, and their helpful and informative receptionists make it even easier (shoutout to Alicia and Taylor). If you don't feel like talking over the phone, I believe they also have live chat and texting functionality too.

They also understand that dentistry is not cheap - I've received discounts on many elements of my treatment plan.

Absolutely love this dental practice. So nice to my son. We travel a long way just to go to get this sort of treatment that a lot of dentist don't offer. Dr Dassan Naidoo is the most friendly and thorough dentist we’ve been to. He takes the time to explain everything and included us in every step of my sons dental work. He even removed the Invisalign clips to save us time at our orthodontist appointment. My son was so happy with the work that he asked to hug Dass at the end ☺

Had my first appointment with Family One Dental today and was really impressed with the high level of technology used and the time Dr Dassen took to explain everything to me. I have had bad experiences in the past but the team at Family One put me at ease from the start. Definitely be going back.
