These guys are absolutely fantastic! I'm definitely a novice but they took the time to look at my current set-ups and suggested some minor changes rather than just trying to sell me new rods and reels. Geoff gave me some tips on jig-heads and soft plastics and only sold me what I needed. He also gave me some fishing tips while he was at it. I just can't fault their customer service and patience, with beginners. If you are looking for great prices, friendly service and advice, I'd definitely recommend Hot Tackle!!! Thanks

I have previously done mail order with these guys the old fashion way which is calling them on the telephone and speaking with them verbally about my order. I have found the staff quite knowledgable and very helpful in making my shopping experience a positive one. I will shop here again...

Easily the best Tackle shop Newcastle has. Excellent variety. Always stocked up with all the best gear and always cheaper then other shops. Me and my brother went in there to buy some new LBGF set ups and the legends at Warners bay were so helpful. I think the guy who served us was Geoff from memory, deadset the best customer service experience we've ever had. He spooled our reels for free, threw in some discounts, told us some really good spots to try and even went as far as to spending about 15mins showing us his knowledge on knots and some tricks to tying easier FG knots for leaders. If I could give more stars I would.
