Best dentists I have ever been to. Professional staff, customer service focused. From the minute I booked online they followed up with a phone call, let me know costs and friendly service upon arrival. Dr Ethan explained the process each step of the way and was very professional. I really rate this service..will be back.

Dr .Upesh Dahal is the best along with his team ofcourse .He is very professional and explains everything in detail before he starts the actual treatment and makes his patients feel very comfortable .Very talented dentist I have finally found in Gold Coast after living here for 20 years.🤞🤞 😄Always a happy patient when I leave the clinic and my family feels the same .
On Christmas Eve in Dr. Upesh's absence ,with his advise ofcourse the entire team - Dr.Nishat , Simone - the lovely receptionist and Matt were very helpful to squeeze me in without appt and attend to my emergency needs and yet again made me feel comfortable and happy with their professional treatment ,I walked in and out feeling relieved .Simone was very helpful to listen to my needs over the phone without appointment and to pass on the msg to Dr.Nishat and to squeeze me in .Fantastic and friendly yet professional team .Hats off to the entire team .Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year .

After not visiting a dentist for over 22 years I was embarrassed to be showing up in the dental chair with a mouthful of issues. However, the staff make you feel absolutely comfortable and I was pain free in one visit. Glad to have had AHM dental cover which covered half the costs of extraction. They also have Zip pay which will be helpful for lower income people. Thank you Pacific Smiles Dental.

A safe environment is provided” from the dentists and staff at pacific smiles. The staff are all friendly and dr Amber is truly amazing. As someone with high anxiety around dental treatment I found the experience smooth and comfortable. Great facilities and all the services you need for dental in one clinic.

There is a female dentist called Dr Hossain who is absolutely lovely with children, she made the experience enjoyable. Have never met such a friendly and gentle dentist!
