A smooth transaction from start to finish…

I recently had the pleasure of purchasing the gorgeous Willow fabric lounge, Allegria coffee table, TV unit, side table and dining table and a wonderful hallway buffet unit from Nick Scali (Tasmania).

From the very beginning, the approachable and friendly staff at the show room helped my partner and I choose appropriate pieces based on our styling requirements, even going so far as taking the time to listen to our needs and suggesting a different buffet despite it being less expensive, which demonstrated it is not just about the value sold but the satisfaction of the client.

Each purchase was smooth and efficient, the consultant on each occasion did their best to reduce wait time and accommodated our busy schedule as best they could.

We had a minor set back with the TV unit, as it is a marble top it was unfortunately cracked upon arrival to their depot however, the very friendly delivery team contacted me immediately and had arranged a replacement within the same week. The contact center also contacted me to confirm delivery and to ensure a seamless experience.

We were really impressed with the quality of the customer service from the showroom to the the delivery team and the customer service agents who made the entire process really straight forward and enjoyable.

We have purchased from several other well known homewares companies and have both agreed the experience at Nick Scali was the most memorable, based on their willingness to go above and beyond, the sincerity in which they conduct their business and of course, their extensive selection of pieces, that are a fabulous quality, modern styles and built to last!

Had Marcus and Eddie come by to deliver a dining table weeks ago, the odds were against them due to weather and multiple jobs being located far away resulting in a slower arrival time. They were extremely efficient and detailed during the assembly of the furniture ensuring stability and safety. We orderered a 3.5, 3 seater and an ottoman in Milo. The gentleman who served us was so helpful and patient while we chose our configuration and fabric. He stayed back to finish our paper work and we received many updates before our delivery. The delivery men were very quick and polite and set up our sofa for us too. Fantastic service from the Hobart store.
Everything was explained regarding build time, shipping, customisation and updates for delivery. Many other reviewers that have left negative reviews would be well aware of the process of your furniture getting built and that the delivery team don't remove packaging. That wasn't a problem as the guys delivered the lounge on time and were helpful.
The 12 week build time is definitely worth it for the quality and comfort of the furniture for sure. Big thanks to Nida and the other team members at Nick Scali Cambridge.

We had a very pleasant experience with nick scali, we went in numerous times having trouble deciding, the sales team didn't push or rush us to make a decision which was great! Ordered our furniture in advanced and had no problems with delivery times we were told 16 weeks and furniture arrived on time and delivery couriers were friendly and professional. I went in to the store with no clue of what i wanted and was relieved to finally find a place where the staff wanted to help me, wanted to work with me and wanted to listen. I have been working with the staff over the last few months to get the perfect look for my new place. From the first visit to receiving my products the staff have been fantastic. They have spent the time to get to know my needs and wants and work with me to answer every concern I have had. They were happy to answer any questions and went out of their way to help me with anything I asked. I couldn't be happier and everything just looks beautiful! Exceptional furniture in leather and material, plus a variety of colours to suit every home. They have a clearance area so you may even pick up a bargain. Staff are very friendly and knowledgeable and the store is well presented.

Hunting for a recliner for a 94 yr old live wire gal....That was my mission, and Peter, at Waurn Ponds, had very good product knowledge, patient , helpful, and very flexible in approach.
Was able to give useful guidance re suitability of some recliners, over others.
