Love the food and it’s great to be able to sit out on the grassy area to eat. I always feel good after eating this food and usually get something to take away as well (hommus, etc).

Gut Feeling’s krauts are world class - beautiful flavours, wonderful immune boosting ingredients and yet aren’t over powering. I’m a regular at the markets and always stop by Gut Feeling for kraut and other goodness. My current fave is their Ginger & Tumeric Kraut - highly recommended!

One of our favourite things about going to the farmers market is visiting the Gut Feeling stall - we usually buy kombucha, sauerkraut/kimchi & salad - then various other goodies from time to time. I swear we have been healthier & happier, especially through winter, since we made the choice to look after our guts better & started regularly getting into these beautiful products. The bonus is they are lovely people as well as being so committed to what they do. Thank you!

Amazing variety of fermented goods. My go to for sauerkraut and Kombucha. The market salad is a must try! The Sam and Yaz are the nicest brother and sister who make the magic happen. Love seeing their products around Adelaide and at Adelaide Farmers Market.
