I chose Intrepid Building Inspections after reading fantastic Google reviews and exploring their website. They are a small family business, they donate a portion of every inspection to charity, and they list free useful information on their Blog. Myles took the time to show and explain the issues he found, he answered all questions and gave helpful recommendations. I am really happy with the quality of service they provided and highly recommend Intrepid Building Inspections!

Miles provided a very thorough inspection report of over 70 pages long. We met him onsite and he explained in detail the 3 problematic areas - the two showers, the roof trusses and the ventilation. This enabled us to make an informed decision to buy the house. He was prompt and easy to communicate with. Would highly recommend his services.

Used Myles for a pre purchase building and pest inspection and all I can say is that I’m impressed at how quick the turnaround time and quality of service. Generated the report on the same day of inspection including photographs as visual aid to help you understand what was found.
Safe to say he saved me tens of thousands by identifying major structural defects that I would have never thought of, enabling the cancellation of a contract under the subject to clause.

I was so pleased with his service that I hired him again for another property and at such short notice, he was able to deliver the same quality of works. Identified some issues and recommendations and is happy to answer any questions I had as-well as providing detailed explanation on the report provided.

I got in contact with Myles regarding a building inspection needed for a home purchase. Myles was prompt, professional and got everything sorted really easily. Getting a building inspection was so easy and his phone manner put you at ease. His booking and payment systems are also really easy to use. Overall a really easy, non stressful part of the buying process but I know this is not always the case so great work intrepid !
