Rowallan Scout Camp

Awesome facilities. Great camp sites, we booked an entire camp for a group of 80, toilets, showers, parking , and camp fire pits organised by Ranger. also cabin and hall for group gatherings. beautiful location and scenery.

What a great spot for small groups and large groups. We hired the kitchen which helped us a lot with our 3 large family groups. There were folding tables and chairs in there for us to use. We didn't miss not having power. The fridge/freezer was run on gas and the stove, oven and large sinks served us well. Toilets, showers and kitchen were nice and clean as well as the grounds we were camping on. The Ranger was also so lovely! Makes for an amazing trip. Thanks for having us!

This was the venue for the Goddess Gathering Festival and it is beautiful. Limited toilet facilities but the landscape is stunning.

We've been running events at Rowallan for years now and not only is the site kept in good condition they are continuing to upgrade. The new dishwasher was a blessing and the changes to recycling only prove how dedicated the site is. Thank you!

Oh what memories from over 55 years ago with 8th Essendon cubs/scouts…
As cubs, we dormed in a 1/2 round ex army tin shed, with cub-master scaring us senseless with stories of “Charlie’s ghost” from Mt Charlie..
Later years as scouts we camped in canvas tents closer to the swimming pool…
Fantastic memories that taught me so many skills that I still use!

Great little Place tucked away in the bush not too far from the CBD range it was friendly informative and knowledgeable of the needs

Excellent campsite in a lovely bush setting, drinking water (taps) close to campsites, toilets and showers a short walk away, bookings essential, a great place for your Scout Camp

Very nice campsite. Though weather wasn't the greatest, the facility was well kept. Had a great time there with TGS of UniMelb

My first place I ever camped from Cub Scouts, and still return to this day. Well run, great activities and facilities are maintained and upgraded.

great place to have a camp or retreat. there is a park, sports court, kitchen etc feels like home
