Sanctuary Makers were a pleasure to work with and manufacture an amazing range of quality tiles. Worth heading to their showroom to have a look! They were very helpful when some broke in transport, arranging another shipment free of charge.

Easy online ordering process. Tiles were made to order and ready much quicker than expected and arranged for delivery. Staff super friendly and helpful. A much more affordable option buying direct from the source. So happy with our absolutely stunning Zelo tiles. Cannot wait until the laundry is ready for them to be installed.

extremely helpful. We got the grout and exact colour to match
our tiles. I wish I had known that I could purchase our tiles directly
from Sanctuary Makers. At least I know that for in the future.

They have great collection at competitive prices. Elvira is such a lovely person. She was very helpful and went out of the way to provide service.

Good choices but looks kinda expensive. Advantage is you can sort out most of your designs in one place... Good selection.

Our favourite tile place. Second time we have bought their tiles, this time for a major renovation. Great range to choose from. Very happy to support a local Australian company manufacturing decorative tiles here in Victoria. Their customer service is outstanding (especially Elvira and Miranda) and nothing was too much trouble for them. Highly recommended.

I must have exchanged at least 15 emails with Sanctuary Makers so far, (particularly Gabby from the Melbourne Showroom) and they have been absolutely wonderful. I had tried tile shops locally (I'm in Canberra) and all customer service had been lacklustre, so was so surprised to find a store so far away that was more helpful, knowledgable and accommodating than people I was working with in person. The photography is beautiful, but it is definitely worth getting samples of the tiles, as some of the colourways are quite different in person.

Planning a renovation with so many people locked down has required extensive communication and a little bit of luck. I count myself as the luckiest person and am so grateful to have clicked on their instagram advertisement. Ordered our tiles today and am so excited for them to arrive and be installed. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this business.

Smooth experience from start to finish. Sample tiles were sent out promptly upon my request. Website was very easy to navigate their plentiful range. Worth the two week wait for the finished product. Australian made .... you can't go wrong. Highly recommend Sanctuary Makers !!

Went to the showroom to collect a sample tile and was warmly welcomed, staff showed me a virtual kitchen splash back with my chosen tile. Made my selection easy. They have the most beautiful tiles, so many handmade designs.

Excellent service Personal and was given fantastic assistance Seeing the tiles on the computer in a room made decisions so much easier I would highly recommend this company The tiles are quality plus with a amazing array of different designs. Excellent service. In lockdown. Calls were returned promptly and every contact I had with this company was pleasant, responsive and helpful.
I ordered 2 sets of samples which were dispatched quickly on both occasions. I also had a few phone enquiries. I would love to visit the showroom after lockdown.
