from the last 4 years visiting harbour town but never had an opportunity to visit this shop,by chance today i was just passing by and found this hidden gem. what I saw was mind blowing,when I went inside the shop and at the first sight I saw a dress and bought it,I must say please visit this shop, and the staff i think her name is daisy she is excellent her service was outstanding.

This was my wifes experience, normally don't leave bad reviews but buyers need to be cautious.
Purchased a jacket from this store, the window display of this jacket had 4 buttons in the front.
When I checked my jacket it only had 2.
After second guessing myself, went back to the store window to check.
When approaching the woman behind the counter she informed me that it was done purely to fit the mannequin in the window as she was a small frame.
As I've worked in womans fashion this didn't sound right, it should have be adjusted from the back.
After further investigating my purchase when returning to my accommodation, I found that the buttons had been cut off the jacket leaving holes.
I immediately took it back to the store, confronted the woman who had lied to me, who then blamed the taylor.
I changed the jacket for one without holes, she then cut 2 buttons of the store window display and put them on my jacket as she didn't have any spare buttons.
Also be aware that they have a no refund policy, which was not mentioned, just stapled to me receipt.
I don't think it was displayed in the store either.
