If I could give this company a zero stars rating, I would. I ordered some rose plants online in December 2021. I received an inital response acknowledging that they received my order form and would be doing confirmations in January 2022. Not having received an invoice or order confirmation, I emailed them in August 2022 to enquire about my order. The reply received was aggressive and abusive, and unsigned. They basically told me to stop bothering them but did so, in a really rude and condescending way. At 1 October 2022, I still haven't received my roses! I really don't know how they are still operating. Their customer service is the very worst I have ever experienced. I had been warned by a friend about this company, but I thought I'd give them a go. What a mistake that was. Look at the reviews for Gardenarium & The Limestone Coast Group. Seems their appalling disrespect, resentment, even hate for their customers is embedded. But it's not just their rude attitude. They don't fulfill their orders. Don't go near them!

bad service. Won't assist with queries. Tell you to fill an online enquiry, which leads nowhere and they don't get back to you. If you try phoning they fob you off and you keep going round in circles with the online enquiry. The other review says it all.
