The Q Apartments

A great little 8 floor building with one unit a level, fantastic ocean, city and hinterland views from units 3 and up and great privacy from units below. Grounds are a bit dated and not looked after. Location wise it is close to everything with a short stroll to broadbeach and also down town surfers paradise. The Q is still a amazing building ever since its opening in 1982 and still maintains its style and luxury inside it's units.

Don’t know about Travis Blair’s review as a nice family lives in that apartment and has been well before this review, it’s also a secure building with no reception as it’s only Residential apartments.
Sorry Travis, the elevator is and has been always in good working order as apart from the many emergency exits its the only way up after you are buzzed in or use your access.

Great place to live with awesome ocean, city and hinterland views (well from about level five up) Has a nice pool and the best thing is that there is only one apartment per floor with a massive rap around balcony for each.

Fantastic location, only a short 10 minute walk to central surfers or central Broadbeach with public transport and the beach right outside.
